The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The Garmisch-Partenkirchen region is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in Germany. Not only the beauty of nature or the tradition of the population, but also the great variety of leisure activities make the Werdenfelser Land unique. We rent a cozy apartment on the ground floor with separate entrance. The studio consists of kitchen-living room and living-bedroom with extra bathroom. You will particularly appreciate the spacious south terrace with access to the garden.

The quietly located apartment is south and west facing and is divided into approx. 60 m² on a living room (with comfortable sofa bed and reading corner), a bedroom (with large double bed), a separate new kitchen (with dishwasher and dining area for up to 6 people) and a bathroom (with shower and toilet). The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.

Farchant-Zugspitze

Set in Farchant at the feet of Osterberg (mount) where a multiply tourist paths start. Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

Vacation home Panorama - fantastic view of the Zugspitze

NEW!! Our new comfortable wooden chalet panorama (1-5 persons) is directly attached. So you can go on vacation with us with up to 9 persons! The apartment (1-4 pers.) in the idyllic Farchant is cozy-modern and lovingly furnished. The icing on the cake is the magnificent panoramic mountain view. Many hiking & cycling tours can be done directly from the apartment. The Garmisch ski resort is 15 minutes away by car.

Quiet vacation apartment

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.
