We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

Really lovely listing in Cromer, perfect location right by the sea! Kate was a super helpful and responsive host. The space was spotless and the bedroom in particular was lovely ! Kate did advertise that the bathroom had no shower, so we were aware of that going into the space. However, it’s a bit tricky if what you want is a quick and easy shower. Only snag is to be mindful of the short bathroom / bedroom entrances - my partner (6 foot) kept bumping his head going between the bedroom and bathroom, especially at night.

Although we only stayed here for a short time it was lovely and we would certainly like to go there again. The place was spotlessly clean, wonderful welcome pack, great communication and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely too, with good shower. Outside was a nice space to sit out. The location was ideal for Cromer and it would be a great base to explore the area.

Very good comms, managed to accommodate us at very short notice. The place was very well appointed and immaculately presented. Would love to return for longer.
