Vacation rentals with a firepit in Fernandina Beach

Great place to stay to visit our son stationed at KingsBay. Felt cozy and very comfortable inside and out with a peaceful backyard! Absolutely loved our stay and loved the watching the TV outside for the NFL draft. Thankful for a wonderful place to stay and visit our kiddo!

The location is great, nice safe neighborhood, and within walking distance of shops and coffee. There was a large fenced in yard for our dog and a nice deck, etc. We had a couple of issues and the owner’s response was fast and the issues resolved. We also had ample supplies of household goods. Overall, our month here was excellent.

Wonderful place and host! My wife and stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Really great location near the beach and walkable top-notch restaurants. House was very clean and well supplied when we arrived. Highly recommended!

Our stay was too short, but we were happy to be in this area near family and friends, in a cute comfortable house with easy instructions and great communication before, during and after. Beds were exceptional and the private back yard (with its fire pit, putting green and seating) was inviting. We plan to stay again if it is available when visiting Jax!

Rachel was so kind and responsive. We ended up staying an extra night and she responded within 10minutes. Made it easy for us. I’m sure we will come back for another visit.

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

We had a terrific week staying as a family in this place. 6 adults and an infant, everybody had plenty of space and privacy but was also able to comfortably hangout in the living areas. The beach is amazing and the large table and grill in the backyard were perfect for enjoying family meals. We really appreciated how responsive you were to our needs. Great communication when we had a little trouble with the Airbnb App itself, and the early check-in and late check-out ended up being handled easily. Thanks again!

Dani was by far informative, reachable, and friendly when it came to responding and providing between us. The place was by far relaxing and tranquil, we honestly did not know places like this were in Florida. Overall, I would highly recommend Dani and this beautiful home everyday that ends in "y". Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

Great place to stay close to Vystar arena! We stayed for PBR! The backyard was so cute! Rooms were very nice and cozy!

We were traveling throughout the Sea Islands region and stopped in St. Mary's to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Don's place was an unexpected treat!! Reviews are all excellent and spot-on, but we didn't realize how beautiful his property would be and how important it was to have creature comforts after a long day hiking. Everything was awesome!

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

This is a great property. Easy instructions to access. Spacious and light. Snacks, drinks, and wine provided. Karen is very friendly and responsive.

The place Seemed bigger than it was. Kitchen was modern and well appointed.bed was comfortable, Though squeezed into a tight space. The only negative, if you are a light sleeper, is that you can hear small planes, taking off and landing From the nearby executive airport. This starts shortly after daybreak. You also have to drive a couple of miles to find a restaurant. But this was a very good experience, and I would stay again.

Eddie is super respectful and goes out of his way to help out with whatever you need. I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn’t mind booking again in the future.

Wanted a weekend getaway, got a weekend getaway! As others have said, the tents do feel like they are in the backyard, but we had no issues there. We loved the Jacuzzi and listening to the birdsong on the porch. I definitely recommend taking the kayaks out for a peaceful paddle. If you need a few days of tranquil solitude, this is for you!

I’m enjoying my stay here clean and comfortable can’t complain 🙏🏼
