Everything is there, like at home: every equipment is designed for comfort, nothing is missing, and everything works perfectly. We feel that you have put your heart into offering your guests much more than just a place to stay. The place is incredibly quiet, yet conveniently located — close to everything you need. And most importantly, I felt totally safe, which is valuable and reassuring when traveling. And what about value: just great. Such a level of comfort and care at this rate, it is rare and precious. Nicolas’ studio is a gem, located in a historic beautiful building but fully renovated with quality fixtures and top quality linen which made the place quite luxurious. The location is good with restaurants and shops around, the nearby bus station is around 450m away so quite convenient to commute to and from Geneva. Nicolas is a great host who made my stay comfortable including local recommendations, flexibility with the check in and out times. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have spent around 2 months in this place and it was exactly what I needed. It is very well located, close to the buses going to Geneva and a walking distance to Ferney center. The place is small, but has all one needs for a temporary stay in Geneva. The overall location lacks a bit of charm, but this is overweight by the location and practicality.

The landlord was very friendly, the room was very clean, and the only thing was that it was not very convenient for transportation.
