Welcome to a charming, retro apartment 10 km from Odense. Apartment (50 m2) is located in a quiet area in Tarup-Davinde Nature Reserve with bathing lakes - 500 m to the nearest bathing lake. Entrance, utility room with washing machine, and shower and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, sofa bed and small loft (u. screen). There is a good indoor climate, 1 km to good shopping, 1 km to bus and 3 km to train. Extra mattress, bed linen, towels, etc. are available.

Kick back and relax in this quiet and stylish space. The townhouse is located in Rolfsted, where there are bus connections to both Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Ringe. The home is 2 km from the scenic area of Tarup/Davinde. with lovely swimming lakes, fishing lakes, lovely walks, really a unique place. There are good shopping opportunities in Ferritslev and Langeskov. Egeskov, which is definitely worth a visit, is 21 km away, as well as Funen's summerland. You will also be close to the Heartland festival or Tinderbox.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

In the main room you will find a full equipped kitchen, dining area,TV lounge and one queensize bed. You will have your own entrance, terrace with grill and parking area. 500 meters to lakes for both swimming and fishing. Closes village Årslev-Sdr.Nærå, where you can find supermarkets and bakery, is 5 min by car. Checkout 11pm.
