Small Presteskjær Lighthouse

Lighthouse from 1895 with dwelling and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a shear at the end of Rekefjord. Original inventory from the time when the lighthousekeepers and family lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse contains Kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, stalls, atrium with panoramic view, 3 bedrooms and small kitchen converted into extra bedrooms. There is also a boat garage adjacent to the lighthouse, this one is furnished for outdoor coziness and simple dining.

Here you can relax inside or outside, and maybe grab a BBQ meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna runs right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have a salmon dish here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is 2 minutes drive from our house. 5 min by car to Knee Raceway.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Have an experience and good night sleep in scenic surroundings. The cabin is well equipped, maintained and is sheltered from traffic. Short distance to the E39 which takes you to Stavanger in an hour and otherwise has good accessibility to the Dalane region. - No noise - No through traffic - Just another cabin in the same area - Grazing animals in the nearby area in the summer - There is no fireplace / wood stove in the cabin,but the possibility of a fireplace outside if desired

Benedikte house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.
