Our guests have exclusive FREE admission to the swimming pool & fitness center in winter (October to May), in summer our guests receive a 50% discount. The local tax of €3.50 per person (from 16 years)/night is NOT included in the rental price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

Two bedroom apartment is very convenient to stay for 4 persons. It is in 1067m high in the mountains. Mountain views from the windows and balcony, it is the best place to have a cup of coffee and relax. Around a lot of ski resorts: Venet, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, St. Anton , etc. In summer time you could go to walking trials straight from the apartment. Also Fliess has a public big outside pool with a lot of activities. 800 metres from the apartment, For our quests it is free of charge. Welcome!

Hintergraseck is located at an altitude of 1000 m above the Partnach Gorge, in the middle of the mountains in magnificent nature. Unique view of the mountains. The parking lot is 2.8 km away. The luggage will be transported. The walk takes about 1 hour. Parts of the route can be conquered by cable car. Free range farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment.
