Historic Court St Home steps from UNA and downtown

This home has a long and unique history dating back to the 1800's. It is practically on UNA's campus, just a 2 minute walk to Starbucks & Chick-fil-A to the north, and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown Florence to the south. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a coffee nook with microwave and fridge. Downstairs there is more living space with a dining table and living room. New cleaning company as of 11/24!
