Loft vacation rentals in Florianópolis

Very beautiful everything , it gave us bedside tables and chairs that helped us a lot in our stay. The place was very comfortable accessible. I was very happy. I wanted to stay much longer, I would actually go to this place again ☺️

Juliene is a wonderful, communicative host and the property is just a 2 min walk to Lagoa Pequena, as well as a 5 min walk to Hiperbom supermarket. It's very convenient location! Things I loved: proximity to the lake, and walkable to Praia Rio Taveres, spacious loft, with small balcony, ample kitchen space including stovetop, microwave, panini press, utensils, glasses and plates, good water from shower! Things to consider: there are monkeys that will come into the windows (if open) and steal your food, haha! Also, be mindful there is no Air Conditioning, which is in the listing, so hot days are indeed hot. Very grateful for Juliene to be flexible with check-in and helpful to make the stay comfortable! Thank you for being a great host.

We simply love every bit of this place. All very clean and organized. Quality bedding and bath linens, as well as toiletries and kitchen items. uncomplicated checkin and checkout and very assertive guidelines. Not to mention in the wonderful and quiet view of the place, which welcomed us very well on rainy days! Perfect

My two-week stay was excellent. The place was spotless, very clean and well equipped with everything needed to feel comfortable. The location is ideal, in a quiet area but with easy access to everything. João Claudio was a great host, very attentive and willing to help at all times. Communication was clear and fast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

José Henrique was a great host, very attentive to everything I needed. The coffee powder, detergent, sponge and small comforts for the arriving guest make a difference. I'll be back for sure!

We felt at home! Everything was wonderful, both the stay, the hosts, the location, the island, it couldn't have been better!!! Leia and her husband were super attentive, gave us suggestions for tours, restaurants, and what to do during the day/night, everything really impeccable! We even had treats waiting for us at the door when we got back from the beach🥹😍 We will definitely be coming back!!!❤️

Super nice place, very modern and well equipped. In a prime location in Novo Campeche. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are loads of nice restaurants and things around. The hosts have been more than accommodating. In fact they are the best Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. Very helpful. They regularly cleaned the apartment and made it spotless. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My stay was just amazing! The property was impeccable, very well organized, and exactly matched the photos and descriptions of the listing. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The lodging is GREAT! Simone is super attentive. We received to show the AP and gave several tips about the city. The AP is wonderful. The most complete kitchen I've ever seen. A rare gem for working remotely! Great WiFi, spacious enough for 2, large kitchen, very close to the shops, and relatively close to the lagoon where you can rent kayaks, etc. Andreia was really friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Portuguese. Some very thoughtful touches like water cooler and some snacks were very appreciated.

Fernanda is a very friendly host, helped in everything we needed, the space is the same is in the photos, clean and organized environment, excellent bed and bath linens, close to the beach and with a lot of good things to know, we will definitely return.

I had a pleasant stay at the Iron Studio. The listing was as described and photographed. Host hosts are very responsive and available. The internet connection is excellent for working and the amenities are full, including washing machine access, very convenient. Hosts thought about everything we might need during our stay. The neighborhood ( Campeche ) is safe and good location. There are shops such as pharmacies and supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants very close by. Not to mention the beautiful beach a few minutes walk away. During my next stay in Floripa, I will definitely consider renting this place again. A big thank you!

Cabin with excellent location and amenities. Linens and towels were very clean with an obvious smell of freshly washed. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook and rest. I recommend this place.

Great location near the northern beaches of the island, safe and quiet neighborhood. A quiet ascent compared to other hills on the island. Miguel and his family are excellent, they were flexible we left the bags a few hours before the check in, very kind and welcoming. The apartment is perfect, impeccable beyond the villa floripa to be a very beautiful grace. It has small ants but I believe it is because of the proximity to nature but nothing that bothers and when using the air conditioning felt that they have decreased a lot. Great stay, all close. We plan to come back!

Carla's space is very good. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a centralized place in Floripa. The apartment is super clean and is one of the best for those who want to know about cost-effectiveness. Carla is super attentive and responds super fast if you need anything during your stay. It's a 10. I'll also leave a tip for the next guests to be even more satisfied with their stay: Put more matches and/or lighter in the house to avoid unforeseen events if what you have runs out faster than expected.

We love our stay! 💖 From the beginning, we feel super welcomed. The flat is cozy, well cared for and it was pristine clean and smelling. Warm bedding, great towels, working air conditioning, TV with Netflix, excellent Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer… all thought out with affection! We were greeted with water, refri, beer, chocolate and snack — a treat that made all the difference. The location is perfect, in a super privileged area of the island, close to everything. It is important to say that the access to the flat is by a few flights of stairs or by a little death, but the view pays too much! We feel safe at all times. Even with other flats nearby, the space is quite private. Another positive point was the flexibility in the check-in and check-out: we arrived and we left at dawn, and Jeff was super attentive, sending explanatory videos and various recommendations to facilitate both the arrival and the exit. Many thanks for everything, it was a wonderful experience! ✨

I had a good time at this place. It was cozy, located close to the center of Lagoa, with a fair bit of natural light. The internet was solid, I worked from home often. The power went out a few times for like 90 seconds each (over the course of 2 weeks) but I think that just happens sometimes in Brazil. I cooked a few times, the kitchen was good enough. I'd stay here again

My stay at the house was excellent! Hedy was very kind and attentive, promptly responding to all the requests I made. The place was very clean and is very cozy, with all the amenities needed for a longer stay, I felt right at home. The neighborhood is friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, most bus trips require a transfer, but once you learn how it works it is very easy and quick to go to the most varied regions of the island. I hope to return again and again!

The accommodation is in a quiet region, with little outside noise. It's easy to get around anywhere in uber and there's a small nearby market that can be very helpful. We received the extremely clean and organized space and the Host's instructions were very accurate.
