The house is on the corner of the condominium, which gives privacy, with a side balcony for exclusive use. The privileged location, about 100 meters from the beach, with a pedestrian walkway right in front. The ocean view is permanent. For those who like it, the kitchen is super-equipped, and you can buy good seafood at a fish market in Vila de Palmas. Barbecuing while looking at the sea is another good alternative. The condominium is all closed, offering security and tranquility.
