Monthly Rentals in Floriansee

The kind of place I thought when I arrived that the place is better than the pictures! Furnished and decorated with taste and quality, plants and books give this place a beautiful energy and make it alive. Although I did not serve them for my part, the equipment makes this apartment very complete (dishwasher and washing machine). I slept VERY well (but the bed may be too soft for some people). Smiling welcome with a quick and clear tour of the premises. Close to the city center on foot (10-15 min). No complaints:) you can go there without a second thought.

Not only Maria and Andy have always been friendly and helpful: they really shared their experiences and thoughts with us. We had nice conversations with them, we enjoyed the time together and we were never left alone. A big thank you to our new friends in Rosenheim!!

We only slept there one night as a transition because we had to move on quickly the next morning. The room was perfect for that. It is small but nice and even has a pretty terrace where you can sit comfortably. The handling and contact with Johann was straightforward and very friendly. Everything is wonderful :-)

A great studio. Clean and comfortable, it has a small terrace where you can relax and/or smoke a cigarette and why not have a quick meal. Very friendly and courteous host. 👍🏻
