Vacation rentals with a firepit in Forbach

We recently stayed at this beautiful home with our family of six, including a 4-year-old, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! This property is tucked away in the scenic Alsatian countryside. It is spacious, welcoming, and full of character, making it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The living area was one of the highlights for us—it’s filled with natural light thanks to the large windows that overlook the lush garden. We enjoyed spending time there. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups, with five bedrooms and additional spaces that provided everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. The garden felt like a private retreat, offering a peaceful space to unwind and let the kids play freely. It was so refreshing to have access to such a quiet outdoor space, away from any disturbances.

Absolutely recommended. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The cottage is beautifully decorated and there is everything you need. Especially the quiet & idyllic location was an absolute plus. We certainly weren't here for the last time - thank you so much for the great time! ☀️

The stay was above expectations nice and clean. Upon arrival (during Easter weekend) we were already pleasantly surprised with chocolate sharks and a large Easter bunny for the children. Wonderful that the beds were already made upon arrival. There was a lot of entertainment/toys for the kids. We enjoyed the fireplace, sauna and nice garden very much. Lisa is very pleasant and fast in communication.

Place was very clean and thoroughly cleaned. We especially loved the private sauna and hot tub – great for relaxing! Overall a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are nice and bright, but also a little clairvoyant! Thank you very much!

The property is very spacious. Everything you need is there and you will be helped directly in case of problems. There is a small flaw in the apartment. And although it is a basement apartment. Very positive is that you have no stairs. If we are in the area again we will be back. 5-Star

Cozy accommodation in the middle of the Black Forest National Park with numerous opportunities to explore the area on foot. Those who like the peace and seclusion will like it here. Shopping is a bit far away, but you are aware of this at the time of booking, so there is no reason for a points deduction here. In addition, only one restaurant in the immediate vicinity, but it is always worth a visit. The accommodation is equipped with everything you could wish for as a holiday guest – a small sofa instead of the convenient bean bags would be desirable, the bathroom is a bit cramped, but you feel completely comfortable here. The host is extremely attentive and knows how to make the stay as beautiful as possible. As a self-catering, you will find a well-equipped kitchen (bring coffee powder if you arrive on weekends or late), the bedrooms are spread out against the street, but thanks to good insulation you sleep excellent.

This accommodation is highly recommended, especially with a dog. You are right in nature, and you can take nice walks.

Great place for two people, small but cozy! All the amenities are as described and the toilet although small, is very spacious.

Everything was great! Although the apartment was very small, it was very cute, clean, comfortable and homely. We came by car and it was easily to park right in front of the house. Thanks to Mouna for an easy check-in and lovely stay. She has been a very helpful and friendly host.

This was our second stay at Silvia's little apartment. As before we appreciated the beautiful garden, the calmness and how well organised the place is. The kitchen despite being small has everything you'd need, including a good coffee machine. The living room has had a makeover since we were last there which is now even cosier, and the underfloor heating works really well for the cold, rainy days. Good comfy bed and nice linen (there are German style pillows). There isn't a washing machine in the apartment (for clothing) but we found one at the local supermarket, if you need one for a longer trip. I'd highly recommend this place, it's an oasis of a calm in a beautiful area. You might see their beautiful cats outside. My partner met local people from the village whilst going for walks and said they were friendly. There's also a farm with fresh eggs for sale 7 days a week down the road.

The goal was to relax in nature with friends. This was completely done in Saskia's hut. Located in a beautiful setting and easily accessible. Very authentically decorated and nice and primitive, but with plenty of facilities. Definitely recommended.

We had a fantastic holiday The cottage was great! Nice and private and in a nice area. Everything was present and well taken care of. There was a great nice shower very good beds and a lovely stove for the cold evenings. Wolfgang even came to arrange extra pellets, very well thought out. Highly recommended ￥️

Visit to Mosbach over Christmas. Easily accessible on foot from Mosbach West train station in 7 minutes. Used only for sleeping and showering. Everything clean and tidy. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest. I will gladly come back.

Very nice apartment, great amenities and from Karin there were many helpful tips for things to do in the area. Absolutely recommended!

You can really relax here in beautiful nature. The private access to the small lake right outside the door makes the cabin in the middle of trees and shrubs an oasis not far from many great excursion destinations. Bicycles, barbecue, fire bowl, sauna as well as many loungers and seating on the small area also invite you to activities (e.g. by bike in the Speyer Technology Museum) and relaxation. Jürgen and Rolf are very pleasant contemporaries, always reachable and helpful. The house dog Lucky is completely adapted to the area, accordingly totally peaceful & occasionally stop by. There were five of us for an extended weekend in the apartment on a quite extensive, well-maintained grounds with various wooden cabins. Thanks to the understandable introduction to the use of the sanitary facilities and wood-burning stoves, the use of the same was easily feasible. There are many accessible outdoor seating options including barbecue and fire pit, as well as colorful lighting in the dark. In the rain, we were able to make ourselves comfortable inside and end the evenings with board games. We had a very good time, where we didn't have internet access most of the time - also nice.
