The tiny house is located on our 10-acre property surrounded by native grasses which is home to plenty of wildlife. Enjoy easy living inside with card games or Netflix. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.

Mountain living and close to nature. Property is visited daily by one or more locals, deer, elk, red and black fox, a mountain lion, black horned squirrels, Setlers Jays. & Hummingbirds. North side deck has the Creek just below. A grassy sand beach along the creek , with picnic table and firepit at your disposal. Freshly updated one bedroom bungalow with two decks awaits you. All new interior boasts a 2 person shower, beautiful queen poster bed with deluxe mattress. TV, Wifi & land line.

The cabin is a perfect mountain getaway to enjoy tranquil peace and refreshing, cool mountain air on warm summers; yet it is only 3 minutes from I-70, restaurants, shops, & trails! The large sun room is the crowning glory of the cabin; it doesn't intrude on nature but is built with nature in mind. It places you in the middle of a wooded landscape that make you feel like you are outside surrounded by a wildlife wonderland!

Little Red Treehouse

Open May 1 2019 . The Little Red Tree house accommodates two guests only. It has huge views, private shower, with separate powder room sink and toilet. It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !
