Hello, just wanted to say thank you! For the beautiful home & hospitality from security to the grounds workers, everyone was fantastic & helpful even the hotel front desk. Honestly I had no need to bother our host for anything! Everything was perfect. My only thing I forgot to put my towel in the hamper, forgot it was in the closet 🤪🙂

Yingjie's place is just as expected! The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! In the mornings you can see boats coming out of the bay from one side and then entering into the Gulf in front of you. We saw dolphins multiple times right from the private beach! The proximity to the elevator/parking garage/pool and hot tub and water is perfect! Lots of great restaurants and shopping with in driving distance! Yingjie was a fantastic communicator and our stay was perfect!

Easy to get into, beaches are close by, and a good amount of space for two people.

Had a quick weekend get away. This was the best location to do so and I’ll be back in the near future. Thanks again for the hospitality and great stay.

Yari was an excellent host. Very responsive to all my (not always needed) questions. Lol. Was a great time. We had everything we needed. Great location. 5 min walk to shoppes at grand blvd. 100% would donut again.

Omg I fell absolutely in love with this place!! We needed a place for our last cheer competition and it was perfect ! Lots of places to eat close to everything can’t wait to come back again !!

Cindy was a great host. Due to a scheduling conflict, we were able to switch our week with the one before it and she was super kind about it. The place was exactly as described and super close to the beach. Close to a cute breakfast spot and ice cream spot for the kids. Would definitely stay at Cindy’s place again

Anna's condo was beautifully decorated and serene. The balcony had a nice side view of the ocean and was a warm sunny place to sit late afternoon. The entrance had a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cotton bedspread. The nice size TV's with streaming service was a bonus. We appreciated the shower spa experience. The kitchen had beautiful white dishes, clear glassware and nice stainless steel pots. We would recommend a crockpot or instant pot. The bathroom's were very clean. The walk to the beach was quick. We loved the private beach, white sand and aquamarine blue water. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for your day on the beach. Overall Anna's place was perfect for our month stay. Thank you for all the special memories.

The condos location was amazing! Very clean and accommodating. We did have some issues with pool bracelets but Markietta was very helpful and readily available. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

The rental was perfectly located downtown and very clean. The host was excellent with communication and quick to offer additional conveniences, such as discounted parking. I would highly recommend this location.

Great place. Booked based on the pictures of all windows open (no side blinds covering any of the view) and the "Friends" leather recliners facing the view. Exactly as pictured. Much bigger than the pictures show. Would def stay here again. Streamlined with everything you need in bathrooms and kitchen and nothing you don't need so the closets, cabinets, etc. have TONS of storage for your items if needed.

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Location was great and the home was clean and comfortable. Beach was a quick walk across the street and we also easily rented a golf cart.

We really enjoyed our stay. Erik was very proactive in his communication prior to our stay and even let us in before our scheduled time since the condo was available. It was exactly as pictured and described on the posting. The condo was clean and we felt right at home. Easy access to the beach and the neighborhood was private and inviting. Erik gave us plenty of local restaurants and attractions to check out and they were all great! We highly recommend and will be back!

Chris is a good host, quick response and gave clear instructions. House was beautiful, golf cart was a great way to get around. Location is also good, it was at a dead-end street. Only improvement would be the floor to be mopped clean/disinfected. My daughter is a year old and she was crawling around once we walked in and her hands was visibly soiled. Other than that, I would stay again.

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

We had a wonderful stay at Pamela’s house and she was very kind and helpful during our time there. I would stay here again!

We stayed as snowbirds for 8 weeks. Enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood. Great proximity to Topsail park (my fave beach). The home has great bones/well maintained. The porches are an absolute delight. Being set back from the road and the privacy of the back is very nice. The amenities center was superb- beautiful pool. We did not utilize the bikes (brought our own) nor the golf cart. Nice to have on-site without having to arrange for rentals for vacationers. The only drawback is the chimney housing which the owner did send his handyman to put in a temporary fix- if it is windy the metal bends and is loud inside the home- especially the master suite. Full disclosure- I did complain and the owner offered monetary compensation which I turned down. I wanted it fixed not compensation- I’m not looking to make a buck from my stay. Owner is very responsive and has a home manual that describes everything which makes checking in and learning the home easy.

We decided to leave a day early for our trip. We contacted Kasia to request an additional day, check in early. She was very responsive to the request. When we arrived, the house was warm. It was evening and we assumed it was because we needed to turn the AC down which we did. The house continued to get warmer. The next morning, it was even hotter. At that time, we realized there was an issue with the unit. We contacted the owner to make them aware of how hot the house was. That there was a possible issue with the unit. She immediately sent someone over to check it out. He couldn't repair it, so she ended up sending a professional over the next day. We were without AC for the 1st two days. Although it was hot in the house for two days, it wasnt her fault. She did her best to get the unit repaired in a timely fashion. It needed a part replaced. We appreciate her responsiveness! The house was very clean and a very nice place to stay. This is the 2nd time staying at this location.

Had such a great weekend. B&C were such amazing hosts and always responded fast. I can't wait to stay again.

Great location. Great area. Unit had everything you could need for a week or more stay. Loved all the amenities and the golf cart was an added bonus.

Very nice house in a pleasant neighborhood. 5 minute walk to a couple of restaurants and a pub. 10 minute drive to the downtown attractions. House is well furnished and both our dogs (and their humans!) loved the fenced backyard. Would come back again anytime!
