There are dogs, ponies, goats, sheep, chickens , rooster, ducks and koalas on the property. Under 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. Quiet apart from a cow or two, heaps of bird life And occasional koala. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast included (bread, muffins,jams, choice of cereals)- Gluten Free on request. A fire during winter. Tank water only- short showers please No cooking facilities except for BBQ. (toaster&microwave)
