Good house and good located to acces the climbing spots.

We chose this flat as a base for exploring the ski resorts of Ossola Valley and for the money it turned out fantastic! The flat is in an old medieval house in an old beautiful medieval village. In the ski season, there was almost no one around and we appreciated everyday quiet strolls through the town and some hiking routes close by. The flat has gas heating and it was warm in winter although it took one day to heat it up. We were met by a friendly host's friend who checked us in and turned on the heating. I recommend this flat for the ski season to those who'd like to save money and ski at a different ski resort every day. The closest ski resort is San Domenico and I skied there 3 times. Another good ski resort located nearby is Domobianka. There are also Switz ski resorts in Brig and I chose Rothfald (~45 minutes of driving) as one of the cheapest in Switzerland. The place is also great for exploring Italian and Switz cities (Domodossola, Brig, etc...).

Caro Riccardo - the time in Chezzo was great! The house is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor seat cushions, candles... everything you don't want to get yourself on vacation. The house is great! You have a beautiful view of the mountain from the terrace. It was especially nice to sit on the balcony in the dark in the evening - from there you can see the illuminated church tower - beautiful! The house is modernly furnished inside - there are even many books and DVDs available. The garden is huge, and it is quiet. When you leave the house you are right in the village and can look at historic buildings - at some point I did it every night - it's just nice there. By car you are quickly everywhere - Val Formazza, Alpe Devero, Val Vigezzo... or you can just walk from the cottage - it is also beautiful directly on site. I really appreciated that Riccardo was always available. Thanks for that! It was totally beautiful in Chezzo!

Perfect quite beautiful location. Enjoyed opening the windows to hear the running water of the stream. Anna and Claudio were excellent host!
