The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. Gas grill and Pizza oven. 10 min. to Kerteminde beach and Odense C. Netflix, Disney & Showtime. Caution about using furniture.

The home is close to downtown and bike path that takes you right to the city's pulse. You will have a private entrance, private toilet and bathroom, small kitchen with hot plate, electric kettle, sink, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is access to large garden with several eateries, ping pong table and trampoline that you share with the landlord. There are bikes you can borrow. If you need a baby bed, we can handle it. And a mattress for a child is also possible. We have private parking on the property where you can park for free.

Welcome to a charming, retro apartment 10 km from Odense. Apartment (50 m2) is located in a quiet area in Tarup-Davinde Nature Reserve with bathing lakes - 500 m to the nearest bathing lake. Entrance, utility room with washing machine, and shower and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, sofa bed and small loft (u. screen). There is a good indoor climate, 1 km to good shopping, 1 km to bus and 3 km to train. Extra mattress, bed linen, towels, etc. are available.

The home is close to the university, OCC/Jyske Bank Arena and the new hospital. 7-minute walk to the light rail at Bilka and bus that takes you around the city. Also, a 7-15 minute walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret, where all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors, the basement is closed off. However, access to the washing machine can be arranged. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

The annex is an extension of our house, and some days we will be home. It is suitable for single or multiple nights, and you can use the garden, go to the local lake, ride a mountain bike or go hiking from this central location on Funen.

The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.
