The Roost Haus is our guest home in the heart of the hill country on several acres- Bird Haus Farms. Enjoy the front yard, picnic tables, views, fire pit and hot tub. We have lots of wildlife- deer, coyotes, raccoons all live close by. We are 5 minutes to the Guadalupe river, and just 25 minutes to New Branufels or Boerne. 8 minutes to downtown Bulverde. The wine country in Fredericksburg is under an hour away, as is downtown San Antonio. 5 minutes to restaurants, Wal Mart, and H‑E‑B.

FUN family getaway! Walk to the water!

Fun lake house with the PERFECT LOCATION on Canyon Lake! Enjoy the multilevel deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, Weber grill, amazing views and plenty of seating! There is also access to a swimming cove essentially right in the back yard! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. There is still water for all activities but you do have to walk a little further down now. Please note: This is not a party house. Contact me before booking if under 30.
