Pet-friendly vacation rentals in French Lick

We had a great time! It was a walkable distance to the resort and the space was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice and quiet place. We enjoyed our few day visit. It’s just close enough to town and several other attractions in the area but also far enough away from large crowds if that’s what you’re looking for. Hiking trails in the area were nice and well kept. We’ll be back just for a longer amount of time next time!

Beautiful property with stunning views! We appreciated all the amenities, but our stay was marred by concerns about safety due to the neighbor's dog, Lady. While we understand she is out of the hosts control, we feel there should be a warning. Despite being described as friendly, Lady was loud, energetic, and unpredictable. Her behavior was a concern, especially with our small Pomeranian. We had a couple uncomfortable interactions, and attempts to address the issue were met with deflection by her owner. We'd consider returning if pet owners took responsibility for controlling their animals. Until then, we caution fellow pet owners, especially those with small pets.

My son and I had a great time at our stay! House was nice and stocked with everything we needed. He really enjoyed fishing in the river and there was alot of space along the river line and in the back yard.

Such a beautiful, peaceful location. The house was great, just as described with lots of extras, the hit tub and fire pit area are AMAZING!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect size for our group. Everything was clean and well maintained. The setting was perfect for watching the total eclipse but also close and convenient to Jasper.

Cute clean house, quiet neighborhood, love that coffee is supplied! It’s a great place for a weekend getaway! Our only issue with the stay is the sloped street parking. My mom was not a fan. We are from the corn fields of Illinois though.

Had a great time staying at this place! It was as described and Rodney was proactive and helpful. It’s a lovely piece of property with plenty of supplies outdoor activities.

Rebecca is an awesome host. Communication was excellent. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. She also offered to let us come in a little early and decorate for the wedding. We weren’t able to do that because of our schedule but it was a kind gesture. There were also a couple glasses and a bottle of champagne with flower pedals around. Thank you for the wonderful stay! The only reason I put 3 stars instead of 5 on the price was because we had a cabin less than a mile away the night before for 160$ less. I would still recommend staying at Rebecca’s cabin.

My family absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had a great time. Indoor pool, rec room, fire pit and lake. We made unforgettable memories. Jordana is very nice and we would love to come back again. 10/10!

The views are gorgeous, it is a peaceful area with nice outdoor activities like swimming, firepit and games to play. Very hilly, so a great workout if you want to walk around. Saw some baby deers in the early morning. Just a really nice relaxing spot!

We enjoyed our stay at Blueberry Hill estate. Was a great little getaway. The property has beautiful views and plenty of outdoor spaces and activities to do. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs on the trip. Short commute to French Lick and plenty of things to do in the area.

My husband and I spent the weekend at Sherry’s place for our 30th wedding anniversary. The farm, the lodge and our room was all very peaceful and cozy. We met Cindy upon our arrival and she welcomed us to the farm, showed us around and answered any questions we had. Her enthusiasm for the farm and all it had to offer showed. Everything we needed was there PLUS all kinds of extras. I was wowed by the attention to detail in all the little extras. We had coffees and snacks in the room and there were even Samores kits put together in the kitchen area for guests. There was wood by the fire pits, lighters, fire starter fluid and even cardboard ready to start a fire. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispenser was also in the shower in our room. Both Sherry and Cindy checked on us during our stay through texts. All of this AND we were literally minutes away from French Lick Casino and all the town has to offer. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We booked to get away and relax and that is exactly what we got. They were so helpful with suggestions on local restaurants and quick to respond. I loved the thoughtful touches like single toiletries in case you have forgotten something. Also, having the plastic food baggies was nice. Everything was clean and cozy. Looking forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the outside a little more.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Despite the first day being rainy and the second bringing heavy snowfall, we still had an amazing time. The views were breathtaking, and the cozy atmosphere made it even more special. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again! I forgot to mention that this was our second time staying!

This cabin was a cute stop and conveniently located when visiting family for the Holidays. The cabin was comfortable and cutely decorated with I believe handmade items. Someone put work into making it comfortable.

Pictures do not do this sanctuary justice! Walking in felt like coming home to someone cleaning your house inside and out . All the comforts of home and then some. I didn’t want to leave. Every room and outdoor area was absolutely delightful!! Herb was great responding to every question fast. Looking forward to returning. Such great accommodations I won’t look anywhere else on my next trip to the area . Hopefully it’s not overbooked. The down side to great experiences are unquestionably great reviews! I can’t thank Herb enough for the wonderful experience of his cabin. Truly unforgettable!
