Excellent stay of a month in this beautiful house on the heights of Puna'auia. The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, well equipped and has stunning views of Moorea and beautiful sunsets. It is ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to many amenities. Magali is an ideal hostess, very available and responsive, from the welcome to departure. We can't even put into words how incredibly beautiful our stay at Hiva's place was. After a very long journey, we were able to check in quickly and felt right at home. The view of the mountains was stunning and the amenities above average. There is everything you need, making it immensely easier for you to arrive. Gilles bungalow is perfectly situated just in front of the corral beach. There are paddles and kayaks you can use and nearby motus are close enough to visit by water for snorkeling. Just by 100 meter away from the beach front, we spotted rays and friendly sharks. If you are up for a little longer ride, you can kayak to coco beach where you can see tons of fish and rays as well. Gilles is very friendly and everything about the bungalow was exactly how they are described on the listing. My husband and I had such a memorable stay at his place. Highly recommended!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa. Alain was such a kind and helpful host! The home is very clean and well equipped. The view is absolutely spectacular across the bay. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrises and end the day as the sunset lights up the sky. The pool area is beautiful as well and it is so nice to have a refreshing area to cool off. We really enjoyed having a car available to rent at the home. The kayaks were an added bonus. We saw a turtle, eagle ray and shark along with many beautiful fish during our morning kayak. We can’t wait to come back!

A very beautiful place, beautiful house tastefully decorated. It is superb, very clean, very welcoming, and complete. We had a lovely time with the family, it was quiet and very soothing. Our children loved the pool, it is very spacious pity it lacked freshness (pool in the sun all day) but a very pleasant stay.

What a unique home! Polynesian and modern art, fruit on the trees, and silly dogs. Our family of 2 adults/2 kids had a great time here. We especially loved the pool and outdoor area. The home is designed to be somewhat open air (ventilation at the top of some walls) to keep it cooler. We kept the bedrooms closed and never had a problem with bugs. It was very warm most days (in February, 80s F) so we did use the AC in the bedrooms. The dogs are very friendly (we love dogs) and were entertaining security guards. (Note to keep things out of reach from them because they did decide a couple of our things were good chew toys). Also - Alex's lagoon tour is an absolute must! Worth every penny and it was magical. (We've snorkeled the Great Barrier reef and Belize and it blew those out of the water...no pun intended)

Our family of five stayed at this beautiful property over Spring Break, and it was an unforgettable experience! Moorea is breathtaking, and the home’s location offered easy access to amazing hiking, plus a dock and beach that made snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking effortless. The marine life was incredible—sea turtles, lemon and blacktip sharks, rays, eels, and countless tropical fish. One unforgettable day, a large pod of dolphins played just beyond the dock. The dock itself was a fantastic perk, making snorkeling and swimming even easier. The home has stunning views of the bay and mountains, with plenty of space and great sunset vantage points. The outdoor shower and bathroom were perfect after time in the water. This property and location are truly amazing. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place—we are so grateful for the experience!

Our stay here in Moorea could not have been better! The beauty of the location was beyond our expectations. We loved waking up and walking out our back door and out ino the warm water seeing rays and black tipped sharks. The kayaks were a fun workouts. The bed was so comfortable and the A/C worked well and kept us cool. We already miss our Moorea home away from home. Joy was helpful, from the first question after I booked until the day we left. Please note that the A/C is only in the bedrooms and the only TV is upstairs in a room without A/C. I didn't realize at the time of booking but now I'm glad because we loved our stay. I whole heartedly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s Airbnb for three nights. Marco is a very friendly and kind host. His home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We brought enough groceries to last our stay and barely left the island. Several times we walked around to the other side of the island to snorkel in the channel and coral gardens between the two Motus. We saw sharks and rays as well as a huge assortment of tropical dish. The rays will even swim up to you and eat out of your hand. We brought a picnic and ended up sharing our ham with the friendly rays that would swim up to you at the water’s edge to be hand fed. What a cool experience! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and authentic Tahitian experience.

David and family are awesome! Polyglot, multicultural, friendly, and very knowledgeable. you will feel right at home. Peaceful place right by the lagoon. You can snorkel right from the property's beach or dock. David offers Kayaks, snorkeling gear, life vests, and bicycles as well. you can find more activities like scuba diving, quad tours, jet-skiing, hiking, and more. Enjoy Moorea!

we had a wonderful stay. a basket of fruits was waiting for us. Prisca and Moana hosted us very well, as well as her family. They showed us all their fruit trees and explained how to get coconut milk. A grandson delighted us with his songs and his yukulele. It felt like family. Don't hesitate to come to their place. We couldn't even imagine a perfect place to stay They greeted us at the airport with floral wreaths which was very nice The place has a great location, a beautiful garden and a beautiful look - a place of complete peace and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen, a strong wifi connection on the island is not a matter of course (I promise a lot of wifi, but it really works here). The house offers above-standard amenities with air conditioning, dryers, buckles, dishwashings, as well as a wooden deck (as a bonus, it's hot water - a friend with long hair likes to highlight the perfect flow of water 😊 this is often a problem....there is also a hair dryer) The hosts provided us with a scooter - we didn't have to look for anything, they took it to the door. When we left, they drove us to a place that we really appreciate. Simple great experience from the whole stay from the beginning to the end!!! Mauruuru, Nicolas&Lei 🙏😊🌺

sophie's fare is admirably well placed and matches the description. Even more beautiful than the photo shows. Sophie very kind and welcoming welcomed us very well. The faré is extremely of course and the bedding is at the top. We would highly recommend Sophie's faré.

Great value for money. The accommodation is functional, nothing is lacking. It is located on the heights, overlooking all the beautiful black sand beaches of the east coast, from Mahina to Papenoo. We will definitely be back. Great hosting.

beautiful location on the beach. Small store, restaurants about a 5 min walk. Absolutly loved Moorea and the snorkling and paddle boarding outside was so great. definalty recommend this place. Great for 2 families also

A very nice meeting. Marie-Lou and Gilles were very welcoming, caring and had good tips to facilitate our stay in Moorea. They also shared some very interesting anecdotes about Polynesia. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Shops are nearby, I still recommend having a means of transportation to make the most of the beauty that Mooréa has to offer. Marie-Lou's small touches were appreciated. Māuruuru maitai!

The villa is spacious ( indoor and outdoor), nicely decorated, perfectly equipped, very clean and well secured . The view of the lagoon is beautiful and the sunset superb. Manu is very nice, responsive and flexible on checkout time. Note: a vehicle is required to come and go because the neighborhood is high and set back from the main road. Just a small inconvenience: chickens and roosters leave here and there some droppings on the terrace. I would recommend this beautiful place.

We were super well hosted by Vaiata. These messages were very clear and super informative. Vaiata was always very quick to respond to our messages. The accommodation is very convenient, on two levels, close to a pier and restaurants. The drinking water available and the possibility of renting your car is very convenient.
