A spacious terrace with panoramic views invites you to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. After an active day of skiing or hiking, there's nothing better than soaking in the hot tub – available upon request and for an extra fee. Dogs are very welcome! Free Wi-Fi and a parking space right in front of the house complete the offer.

The new panorama sauna offers breathtaking views towels/bed linen are INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Felden and Wörthersee are close. The beds have been upgraded with the highest quality mattresses and toppers A 50" UHD TV with entertainment system is another highlight In summer the spacious wooden terrace invites you to enjoy the view.

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Our one-room apartment "Gmiadlich" is very well equipped. The apartment has a bed in the size 1.40 m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want more closeness again. It has a comfortable lounge chair with footrest, so put your feet up & enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck. Access to the balcony overlooking the lake & the mountains delights the heart every morning and every evening when you return home after a successful tour. PETS ONLY CONDITIONALLY. PLEASE ASK!

For those who want to enjoy the simple life, their independence and the wonderful landscape directly - or in new German: glamping at a high level. Spacious living in a small space, main room with double bed 160 x 100 cm, built-in wardrobe, mini kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini fridge. Separate bathroom with rain shower. Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
