We had a very good vacation with family at Carmen's house. The house is very cozy and is very well equipped. Carmen and her husband are a sweetheart, they have always been aware of what we might need. It is a highly recommended place.

We've been a group of friends for a couple of days and were super comfortable. The common spaces of the house are very good, including barbecue and jacuzzi with very good hygiene. The location is second to none, close to Ávila and Salamanca for the day. It also has hiking trails and the house has a donkey called Manolo and is a love. To finish, we want to highlight the host's attention. He has been attentive at all times, he recommended places to us, he explained everything perfectly and resolved the questions we had at all times. Highly recommended!

The house was just as in the photos and description, a shame not to be able to enjoy the large patio due to the rain, a place where we will surely repeat, when you arrive at the house Daniel has all kinds of details and instructions for the stay, different types of heating the house, details for breakfast and kitchen, do not miss anything once you are there. Daniel's attention also to emphasize since the communication was very fluid and accept animals and that he also has bowls and a casita is very thankful.

Very well functional designed, making optimal use of the spaces. Very estheticly simply designed and very cosy. The garden beautifully incorporates wild and domesticated vegetation on quite a large landscape. I could very well see myself coming back whenever I want a holiday in Madrid area, with a rental car.

Everything is fine. It's a perfect place to have a few quiet days. Swimming pool (if you go in summer that wasn't my case), BBQ and beer tap. Very close to La Granja de San Ildefonso

A very cool house to relax for a few days with very nice views

The owner José María is very kind and very attentive to us. The house was very comfortable for us to be together for a family group for two days.

The place had everything and was spotless. Jose was very kind and attentive to us, and he helped us with everything we needed. The house is located in the middle of a hill and is accessed by stairs. Although it has a supermarket and a bus stop 5-10 minutes walking, the area is not pedestrian and you have to walk by road. Even so, it is a very quiet place with beautiful views, ideal for hiking.

We were this May bridge in Guadalupe's house and felt right at home. The weather did not accompany us, so most of the time we had to be inside the house, and it was phenomenal. We've been super comfortable, because the living room and kitchen are super spacious. We felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it.

The house is amazing, perfect. It has all kinds of details like each room has its corresponding bathroom. The area is very quiet, perfect to disconnect and enjoy. You feel at home, as soon as I can repeat I won't hesitate. Close to Madrid 30 minutes by car, with buses that also take you downtown.

Everything is perfect! David is a very good host, friendly and communicative. We had an issue on arrival unrelated to him and he came to help us right away. The town is very quiet and the house is comfortable. He left the table on us and details of the area upon our arrival. Easy access. Also firewood for barbecue. All phenomenal,Cristian is very friendly and attentive to everything at all times. The great house is not missing detail above all to go with children since it has soccer,ping pong, rackets....and very hot for what is appreciated. Apart from breakfast her mother tasted us with a delicious lemon cake. The wonderful area is very quiet. I recommend this place without any hesitation.

We have had a spectacular end. The house is just as it appears in the photos and the land is huge. There is a perfect tranquility and intimacy for a weekend between friends. Tito is very hospitable and friendly. Sorry for the rain, we will try to come back to enjoy the pool.

Wonderful experience. Juan Luis had the house acclimatized to the cold weather he has made. The house is spacious and more than enough for 6 people; very comfortable and cozy. We loved it! Also, the house is well located - park practically wn the door.
