The apartment is on the outskirts of Vienna in the old village of Ober. St. Veit. You can go for a walk or run in the Lainzer Tiergarten, go mountain biking in the Wienerwald or eat ice cream in front of the church in Ober St. Veit. Still, you can quickly get to the center, the next subway and S-Bahn station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. To Schönbrunn it takes 15 minutes - on foot it's a wonderful walk through the Hietzinger villa district, although it takes a little longer.

Parking with a carport is available, as well as a 40 m² sun terrace. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bus station to the U4 (U-Bahn) is only 2 minutes' walk away.

I`m happy to host you in my lovely, sunny flat, just beside SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. To the Gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace you will walk only 3 Min. Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
