We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Beautiful beach house! Layout was amazing! We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the yard downstairs. Loved having the bike path in our backyard.

Great stay in Edisto! The pictures on this location are exact. The location is easy to find and access to the beach is just a short walk away. Check-In was simple with just a keypad and we loved the fact that we didn’t have to keep up with a key. There is a fabulous screened porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds. The house is also adequately furnished with ALL the basics and then some. We took advantage of the gas grill and had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the wifi was excellent! There were even little boxes of puppy poo bags that were well stocked for our fur baby, located at the front and back of the house for convenience! There is a fire pit but we didn’t use that. It was nice to know we could though. When we arrived there were several deer just hanging out right behind the house around the fire pit! Our host, Kristy, is amazing! She did not hesitate to answer all of our questions promptly. Thanks, Kristy

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with its own access to the beach. We loved every moment spent there!

Our family loved our stay here, the rooftop deck was amazing for both morning coffee and stargazing. It was also bigger than the pictures give off. Lin is an immaculate host, she was very proactive and supplied us with detailed instructions upon check in and departure. She was so kind, I really appreciated the small gifts she supplied each of our children upon arrival. I recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to Hilton Head.

We had a great week in this beautiful home. Fantastic location and lots to do. We had some problems with cleanliness when we first arrived but the host was very responsive and it was quickly resolved. Note there is nothing in the house in terms of food - not even salt and pepper, oil, sugar etc so plan accordingly.

Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet area of the island. Lots of space to spread out. One of the only a handful of homes on the island with a private pool that I could find. The host is fantastic! She was extremely responsive and informative. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location - quick walk to beautiful beach, shops, restaurants. Bike / walking path at end of the street as well. Pool, hot tub, sauna all working and heated! Plenty of games, tv's, seating for relaxing at the house. The kitchen is very well stocked with both dishes and pots and pans. All of the beds are very comfortable!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

Loved the house , was as advertised, enjoyed the stay. Nicole was even willing to work with us due to us being from Florida and an impending hurricane coming. That was awesome just like the stay, we decided to keep our time frames. Thanks Nicole

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

A beautiful, quiet, restful, well-stocked place to walk along the beach, watch birds, and spend time with the whole family. A beautiful, well-provisioned house in an unbeatable location.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The private salt water pool was a huge hit for our kids as well as the short walk to the beach. This home had space for everyone to spread out, but also featured a beautiful gathering area for meals and family fun. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

This is such a lovely little house on the Island! It’s in a great location and had everything we needed for a fantastic trip. I’ve already booked it for our next visit to Hilton Head!

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

Everything was as described, the House was really nice and the surroundings are very nice and calm. The beach is private to the development and really nice and natural. We really enjoyed the sunset. We would love to come back again

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!

Our family was very pleased with the house and the location. The house was very clean, beautiful, and kid-friendly. Everything was nice and comfortable except the king beds were a bit hard. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only cons were the entertainment center is NOT kid friendly and the house could really use an elevator! Overall, we loved the house and are planning to stay there again next April!

The place is very open and set up well for families! Sea Pines is a great neighborhood with plenty of different areas to explore and spend afternoons. The hosts are great, very communicative and the house is exceptional.
