The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Magnolia Drive Refuge, safe and comfortable

I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Note: Our property has recently been cleaned up after Hurricane Helene. The town of Hendersonville and Asheville are all open and many favorite spots have reopened. Cozy home with full kitchen and full bath located on a tree covered drive. This one bedroom house is your own private oasis. Only 8 miles (approximately 15 minutes) to downtown Hendersonville, 13 miles (approximately 25 minutes) to chimney rock and lake lure, and 18 miles (approximately 30 minutes) to downtown Asheville
