Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gaasterland

A comfortable and nicely furnished house, with every comfort! Beautiful surroundings with good hiking trails. It was also great for the children, nice outside rabbits on the property. Highly recommendable!

Beautiful cottage. In reality, it looks just as beautiful as the pictures. For our city trip to Amsterdam with a desire for tranquility, enjoy the perfect combination of proximity to the metro station and as a balance of nature.

Unfortunately, my own stay was only of a very short duration, because I became increasingly sick during the first evening. Karin helped us (I stayed here for a weekend with my best friend) with the contact details of the doctor's guard and there, in addition to antibiotics, I got the advice to go out at home sick... So whether my husband still pick me up around midnight. Extremely unfortunate because the cottage had/has everything we had been looking forward to. From a nice dining table to chat at, playing games, being creative, to a really beautifully finished bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and a lovely bed (I spent a few hours sick there that afternoon so I'll take that experience as a "bonus". My girlfriend was able to explore the beautiful surroundings further after my departure, she stayed there to enjoy the tranquility and did this to the fullest! In the future, we hope for a resit because this location is definitely worth it!

successful little break over carnival! The house is easy to reach, sufficient parking. The house is very cozy and sparkling clean. Good amenities, comfortable mattresses. Very quiet surroundings. The fireplace was used extensively during our travel time. With the dogs you can reach the Amsteldeich on foot. In Anna Paulowna you will find everything you need. However, we have often been to Julianadoorp for shopping. was certainly not the last time 😊

Wonderful House at the center of the nature!

A fantastic experience in the forest. A cottage full of love and tranquility, fully enjoyed. Above expectation actually too. We would love to come back.

The old mill is fantastically converted into a holiday home. Amenities and garden leave nothing to be desired. The communication with Marieke was straightforward and inquiries were answered in a timely manner. We can fully recommend this property (4 adults and 2 children).

We visited Andréia for the second time and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The location on the water is fantastic. The apartment is optimally equipped and sparkling clean. You can plan your excursions wonderfully or just sit and relax by the water and fish. Andréia is such a warm and loving host. I could go on raving here, but I don't think there is anything more to say than that we will come back a third time.

A top accommodation, a whole experience

Perfect! The apartment is really beautiful and It has everything I needed. Communication with the host was super easy and Masha has been also very helpful. The area and the neighborhood are quiet but you still can find everything you need from supermarkets to any kind of restaurants and bars or shops. Also, there are LOTS of different trams or buses taking you to te city center (literally 18 minutes to Dam Square) or wherever you need. There Is also a train station 10 minutes walking from the house and It has been really helpful when I went to Utrecht and Rotterdam without having to go back to Centraal Station. A very nice park Is located just 5 minutes walking. This Is definitely the best area I've been staying in Amsterdam and I will definitely come back. Masha apartment Is recommended!!! What a wonderful stay! The Slow was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described with great location. We loved seeing the neighbor sheep roam around! Marit was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!

Cosy stay in Diever. Plenty of room and we were welcomed to use the outdoor space. Niek was very helpful and responsive. Great location within an easy walk to the supermarket and the town centre. Simple and cosy farmhouse style living. Perfect

Ellen and Jaap were lovely hosts, we had an incredible stay at their place! It was so creatively and artistically decorated, and I have never slept better at an Airbnb — the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was awesome to have a sweet dog and cat roaming around to make us animal-lovers feel right at home :) 5/5 stars on all levels!

The Tolhuisje was a wonderful place, renovated with love and it was very cozy and cozy. The contact with Marieke and Frank was both Prior to as during our stay, very pleasant. And Raalte is located in an area, where there is plenty to do for cyclists, hikers and lovers of villages and cities.

We spent a week in Mysigt, the two houses are absolutely fantastic. High-quality furniture, super clean living spaces with loving details. The very well-kept fenced outdoor area is perched with dog and children to simply chill in the garden the day. The Drents Frisian Forest is a 5-minute walk away and an absolutely great forest for walking, climbing and enjoying nature. In 10 minutes you can reach Canada by car, where the Aekingerzand dunes are a true adventure playground. With the dog opposite, there is a dog meadow across the street that is looking for the same in Germany. We will definitely come back to Hogersmilde and definitely in one of Xer's houses! Absolutely great holiday, which I recommend at any time!

A beautiful house in a beautiful place. Especially the large living space on the first floor, overlooking the water and a sheltered outdoor space to sit outside (already in April) stand out. The area is accessible, has a lot to do, also within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Very nice and spacious place to relax and cook and dine! The house is located between other (detached) houses but has plenty of privacy and a very well-maintained garden with many cozy seats and user comforts. We loved the hot tub, sauna and BBQ facilities.

Had a lovely weekend in this spacious home. All amenities are available. Also enjoyed the infrared sauna.

We spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was there No requests for the accommodation remained unfulfilled. For families with small children, it can be said that a playground or the like is not on the property, but this has nothing to do with the house or the hosts. The bike paths around the house are a dream. Thank you for this opportunity to spend such family time.

Had a wonderful stay at the Princenhof in Oranjewoud. Elbert will let you know how to get in and responds quickly. The Jagershuis is spacious, private and is wonderfully located in the woods. What peace and space. Other than that, everything is available and just great!

The place was just fantastic. Quiet location close to Amsterdam. Top amenities. Sauna and hot tub included. Also a giant grill that worked great. Suitable for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. And a trip to Amsterdam is also in. The hosts were very friendly and always quick to respond and also flexible with arrival and departure times. There was everything you needed. Highly recommend.
