House vacation rentals in Gaasterland

There were four of us for four days and it was very pleasant to stay in the garden. We had our peace of mind at the campsite and a lot of privacy due to the hedge. The garden was generally very nice with the dining table, the hammock and the sitting area. It's not incredibly big inside, but the space was still very good! Linette was super friendly and everything worked out with the check in.

Our stay was really super everything was as described. We were welcomed super warmly and said goodbye. It was really a great weekend again and again.

We stayed with 3 adults for 3 nights in the beautiful bungalow and had booked the wellness package with sauna and hot tub at an additional cost, which we did not regret. :-) The location of the bungalow right on the edge of the forest was just perfect, beautifully quiet and in the middle of nature. Messages and questions were answered quickly and helped directly. We had to do in advance that there is not much to see in the vicinity and therefore had packed our bikes, otherwise you can reach everything else in just under 10 minutes by car. For families with children, the Capfun campsite with swimming pool, large sandy beach, indoor playground and much more is right next door.

We had a wonderful time with our daughter. There are so many interesting things to do on the island. The indoor pool with its crazy slides was fantastic. Gerdi was a terrific host. We‘ll come again.

Last weekend I had an unforgettable stay with friends in a beautiful house surrounded by nature. The house was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our group. The area offered plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure, with beautiful walks and a visit to a charming village. It was a perfect weekend to enjoy and recharge together, and we look forward to coming back again.

Rebecca’s place was wonderful! Everything in this bungalow is so thoughtful and you really have everything you need! My only note is to check with Rebecca first to find out if you can use the grill or fire as that depends on the season :) we were extremely happy and hope to return again!

Lovely little cottage right on the water. The house is exactly as described, perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, right on the water but also with a small pool that our children delighted in. A fun canoe and boat to take a tour around the surrounding waters. Highly recommend for a peaceful few days with children.

Stayed here for the 2nd time, to full satisfaction. Everything very neat and clean. You can use the bikes. We definitely hope to come another 3rd time. Thanks for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Karolien was very friendly.She personal received us.Karolien’s place was very neat and clean.The house was decorated very cutely.The kitchen has everything you need.The place has a beautiful garden that our toddler enjoyed.There are toys and board games and colouring etc which was very thoughtful.Giethoorn was a half hour drive from here.We also explored the town.Overall we enjoyed our stay here😄.

Patriza's accommodation is quite suitable for 6 people. It is very spacious in the living area, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was available via microwave, oven, kettle...etc. Outside, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the water, its own jetty is another highlight. We had a lovely time with the family at this well-kept place. Everything was fine!!

What a lovely cottage, and also what lovely beds!!! We enjoyed this lovely spot! Will definitely be back! Everything was neat and clean, with all the comforts. The shower was also lovely, I always think it is important. In short, really nice! Thanks to Frida!

This was my first time booking through Airbnb – and it really exceeded my expectations! Vonny is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who is always available for questions or support. The apartment is more spacious than in the photos and very stylish and tastefully decorated – cozy and with a lot of love for detail. The bed is super comfy, I slept great. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with spices for cooking – perfect for those who like to cook for themselves. The residential complex is quiet and offers a beautiful environment – ideal for relaxing. I was completely satisfied with the stay and would love to come back. I highly recommend staying with Vonny!

Beautiful Spacious Warm

Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

We had a great time at the cottage in Landsmeer! Everything was great – the house was very clean, well equipped and cozily furnished. The location is quiet yet close to Amsterdam which was perfect for excursions. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Pauline is a lovely host and very welcoming. The backyard and the plants were the highlight for us. The place is very homely and well maintained.

The house was very nice, the many seats outside were especially great. It was all comfortable and nicely decorated. The surroundings were fantastic and quiet. Too bad there was no water in the pool. It was a nice time to relax. Thank you. 🧘🏻‍♀️

The country house is just outside, which makes it all the more cozy. Amenities are good. The only real "disadvantage" I found the pigeons of the immediate neighboring property. If you don't mind the sounds, it's really perfect.

We had a very relaxing stay with six plus dog. The location of the house is very quiet and really beautiful - several times we were lucky enough to admire an enchanting sunset over the lake. Within walking distance, we were several times at the small harbor and were able to relax there. Several small villages are easily accessible by bike, by car we were in various places of the IJsselmeer and in Sneek - all super cute! The house itself is spacious and optimally divided with a ground floor bedroom with its own bathroom but separate toilet that can be used by everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, although we would have liked a regular coffee machine in addition. The combination oven/microwave is super convenient. Big compliment too😉: Finally an apartment with enough hangers!

We spent a wonderful week at Aagje in Een-West. Beautiful spacious house with a lovely garden. Good beds. We met wonderfully sunny weather. Since it is still early in the year, it was also wonderful to sit in the igloo greenhouse at the end of the afternoon;where it was warmed up by the sun. Aagje is a very sweet hostess;cheerful,interested and always willing to give information about the beautiful surroundings. Een-West offers you the opportunity to look around Drenthe,Groningen and Friesland... Really enjoy! Regards, Jan & Saskia van der Vooren.
