The house is clean, cold air conditioning, the bathroom is also clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, the water is fast, the tv can be used for watching youtube and netflix. Absolutely perfect 10/10

Lovely cozy apartment ,came after 1 year to find same cleaned and well maintained place, close to everything in solo, restaurants , malls and clubs , great atmosphere and welcoming people, Erde is always there to respond and help , thanks , highly recommended

Quite homey place to stay, family friendly and quite close to the highway.. The minimum is only if you bring a car access is quite difficult because the location is in the alley.. However, overall our family is comfortable because the place is clean, complete facilities and the owner is also very fast response. In our opinion very reccomended.. 🌟
