Villa Camilla

My place is good for couples, families, nature lovers, and peace seekers. It is located 2 km from Sori, in a single-family villa consisting of 2 apartments, each with a maximum capacity of 6 sleeping accommodations. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning and is in energy class A. Outside, the Villa is surrounded by olive groves and orchards as far as the eye can see. Guests have access to a swimming pool with outdoor areas equipped with a barbecue and wood-burning oven. Breakfast is available.

The newly renovated flat is located inside a magnificent Art Nouveau dome designed in 1906 that towers over the city's main street, just a 5-minute walk from Brignole station and Piazza De Ferrari, surrounded by a private panoramic terrace with plants, flowers and essences. The flat consists of a living area, a mezzanine with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a large masonry shower, a hallway, high ceilings and arched windows. Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

Villa Madonna is a property built in the late 19th century. Its name comes from the fresco you'll see above the front door. Here you will be surrounded by nature, surrounded by peace. You can listen to the sound of cicadas or birds, watch the sun rise from behind the mountain at dawn or relax and watch the stars. You will not hear voices of neighbors, noise of cars, you can enjoy the relaxation of the countryside, while remaining close to the sea and wonderful hiking.

The house has a large terrace as well as a garden. The independent entrance allows for social distancing.

Quiet dehor with garden and wonderful views. Our guests can relax in a hammock in the shade of olive trees or reach the beach. Camogli, Santa Margherita and Rapallo can be reached in ten minutes by car. Quiet house with a breathtaking view on the Ligurian landscape. Our guests can enjoy the calm of our hammocks, but also easily reach the seaside in Camogli, Santa Margherita and Rapallo (all within 10 minutes drive).

Villa Giuanne, families, Arenzano

A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
