We loved it! After initial difficulties because we had missed a sign due to a barking dog, Paolo wanted to pick us up directly, but we still found it:) The place is a dream - especially with a dog just great!! Lemon trees in the garden, sea view, comfortable bed - it was a feast for us and we would recommend anyone to stay here. We left most of the luggage in the car and would also recommend it because the path to the house with conversation is a bit exhausting:D So: definitely a recommendation to really relax :)

This is the second time we have come to Franco's in Loazzolo: no regrets, it was even better than in our memories! Impeccable house, run by a friendly and discreet host, with above ground pool suitable for young children, and panoramic views of the vineyards. Nothing is missing, thank you again and see you soon!

Cristina was a great host! She picked us up 2 ggn. from the train station, because we had so much packing. The house was nicely located and was quiet. We enjoyed the nice surroundings. Had a lot of benefit from the bikes. Enjoyed the village of Levanto ♥️

The place was a quiet sanctuary in the middle of the vineyard with incredible views on the sea and Sestri Levante. Bonus: the guide carefully prepared by Lorenzo and Giulia with great recommendations to make sure you do not miss of what this amazing region has to offer. Highly recommend

Beautiful and finally relaxing vacation . The comfortable beds and Veronica is a great host. She was kind and thoughtful . The house is a small wedding favor located in the middle of the greenery. Our little dog was able to enjoy the outdoor spaces with fully fenced gardens. Great location to visit Acqui Terme and taste the wines of the area. We'll definitely be back

We were 8 girlfriends who had a wonderful stay! It was such a picturesque setting. Comfortably fit 8 of us and could have fit more. The property is stunning and utilised the lovely outdoor table! Unfortunately was too cold for the pool but looked lovely! Apartment was clean and comfortable. Communal area is a bit small for 8 as not enough room on sofas / comfy chairs but we were fine with a few on the floor or in dining chairs! Close to Nizza - short drive for dinner. Note taxis are hard to get so must arrange in advance! Recommendations were very very useful - we booked truffle hunting and restaurants and wine tasting and all was exceptional! There’s a wine cellar in the basement! Their wine was delicious and could buy what you want while there

Great location, close to the station to go to Genoa, and close to the beautiful walk Anita Garibaldi and the center of nervi. Perfect communication with Lidia Simple apartment with furniture to review, for the time we spend you can go but I would not recommend it to stay there more than 3 nights( little space) For a long weekend is great, the area is beautiful

Exceptionally beautiful place. Stairs may be an issue for some but for us was fine.

Maria and Luca's B&B is truly a paradise! Upon arrival, they were all waiting for us. We got an explanation and small tour. There was a delicious prosecco cold, cheeses, eggs soda and more. The cottage has a complete kitchen and on the first floor (which is also ground floor) is the bedroom. We slept wonderfully, sometimes we heard the young wild boars scramble and continue to enjoy the silence. The garden is truly beautiful. Everything has been taken care of with love and attention. From the hedgehogs on the stairs to the figurines in the planters, the wonderfully smelling flowers, the hammock and the nice swimming pool. There are beautiful blue black bees buzzing over your head in the pergola where you can enjoy a glass of prosecco in the afternoon sun. Genoa is about a 25-minute drive. And Camogli and Portofino for about an hour. The whole coast is beautiful. When we went home this morning with pain in our heart after 5 days, there was another surprise at the door

Enrico was incredibly friendly and accommodating! The view from the terrace to the sea and the olive groves were beautiful. Everything was clean and as described! We had a very good time and highly recommend it.

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

This place has everything one needs when looking for a vacation where our family with two parents and 4 grown kids could spend time together but still choose to have a secluded spot. Very clean (and I am super-picky…) fresh beddings, extremely comfy beds, large bedrooms with en suite large bathrooms. Kitchen so very equipped, we could cook anything we wanted, all needed utensils where there. The pool area was perfect. And the best part, so quiet and tranquil, and a nice walk to city center. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday spot in northern Italy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

We stayed one night at Stefano's property. We had a really great time, very clean spaces, perfect as a couple and as a group.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

Amazing views, very private. Driving there is not for the faint of heart. But worth it. Loved being on the path to be able to hike. Be aware during the shoulder season nothing is open close by so must prepare before arriving. Beautiful place!

Great place to stay! Well equipped, wonderful balcony with great views of the sea. It is only 5 minutes by car to Chiavari, from there everything is easy to reach! Very very nice and large garden with lots of play opportunities for the kids. Laura always responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We highly recommend this home!

We had a lovely stay with Francesca E Marco! The view and location is stunning, calm and authentic. The whole family is very kind and helpful and the food was delicious! We would absolutely recommend this agriturismo to anyone wanting to discover Liguria and its wonderful culture. Emilie and Alex

A highlight of the house: the location is fantastic especially for those with children, surrounded by shops (a few meters away from excellent fresh pasta, mini market, ice cream parlors, bars) and adjacent to the ZTL, so safe to leave the house with the children as it lacks traffic. The beach and playground are steps away. The accommodation is comfortable for two adults and two children. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the host also found some breakfast products and a few bags of condiments so you don't have to shop right away. The elevator is also convenient if you move with a (small) stroller. The description of the apartment and surroundings match the description, and contacts with the host were quick and efficient. Only sore note:the floor should be cleaned more thoroughly because it left my feet black (and I ran the broom several times a day). But we were really satisfied and will definitely be back
