Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Genoa

We had a lovely stay at the vibe loft. Federico was an excellent host, was there on our arrival to check us in and was always very responsive and helpful. The apartment was perfect, in an amazing location and had everything we needed. We wanted to stay forever! Great facilities and location for such a fab price. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Genoa, or use it as a base to visit the surrounding coast as we did.

The apartment was perfectly located, in the middle of the old town streets, yet quiet and bright and with a huge roof terrace where we could enjoy the morning cafe and the evening aperitivo. We also appreciated the luxury of the 2 bathrooms. Everything's great!

You can’t get more “central” than this top floor two-level apartment. You also can’t get a much more gracious host than Eleonora. She truly puts her heart and soul into this rental with nautical theme (the master bedroom feels like you’re staying in a large cabin on a cruise…it’s great) and many local decorations. She’s also a very conscientious host checking-up on us several times during our 6 night stay and meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. The kitchen of the apartment has everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home (brand new Nespresso machine too) except for a microwave. The living room and “extra bedroom” offer plenty of space for a child or to spread out and do some yoga or whatever. The lovely deck that opens from the master bedroom gets a lot of sun but there’s a very easy to use awning that can be extended to offer relief. Despite being right on the main street in town, the noise levels are manageable.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, very comfortable, two minutes walk from the center, with also very close station and bus stop under it. We really appreciated Mrs. Barbara and she was waiting for us right below the apartment at the agreed time. We will definitely be back since my granddaughter Noa lives 2 minutes from the apartment. Great apartment and very recommended! A bit pricey but not necessarily compared to other Genoese accommodations and it is Beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and Silvia herself is simply adorable. The only thing to keep in mind is it’s in a bustling part of town so might not be an entirely quiet arrival - but the apartment itself is peaceful.

Really pleasant stay in Roberto's apartment who was very kind and helpful during our stay in Santa Margherita. Perfect location with sea view and a stone's throw from all the services of the city (restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, cinemas, bus and ferry departures). The city is really a gem and a perfect base for visiting the magnificent surroundings such as Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Camogli!! Highly recommended!

Renato's apartment is in a great location to stay in Noli. Just a few meters from the beach and in the center near the main shops, as well as the supermarket. A very useful thing for me, it was also the availability of a parking space. Renato is an available and proactive person throughout the stay from check-in in person

A great apartment just walking distance from everything you need. Took me about 5 minutes to walk from the train station and then around 10 minutes to get to the city centre. Luigia sent some great recommendations too of places to east and sea, and was very friendly and responsive too over the chat.

We were traveling as a family in Nervi and had the best starting point with the apartment. Super cozy and well equipped and from there you can walk everywhere very quickly: shopping, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Marco is a friendly and well-organized host. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic seven days stay at Chiara's. She is an amazing host, so caring, kind and responsive! Can only highly recommend her and her house. It is located in a quiet place with spectacular Ligurian mountain view from the garden and top floor. Tourist spots, shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy reachable distance. If you are looking to relax and feel the local flavour then this is for you. The house is kept very tidy, well equipped and organised with a great attention to details which makes the stay comfortable, stress free and smooth. The notes and brochures left for guests are very helpful. Private and close to the house parking is also such a bonus. We felt very comfortable and like at home from the first moment. Thank you again, Chiara, for hosting us and great communucation. Hope we will be back🤗

We had the most amazing time at the villa. Its more beautiful than the pictures and everything was great. You have all the things you need and Lea was always very helpful when we had questions. Just beware of the drive to the house, you have to be very careful with the car. Thank you we will for sure be coming back!!

We had a great time and recommend Marco's house! The accommodation is very well-finished and tastefully furnished. There is plenty of space, with large windows and balconies, as well as a comfortable outdoor area to relax and have breakfast. The area is very quiet and with the elevator you can reach the center and the beaches in 5 minutes. It has a comfortable parking space sheltered from the sun available and once parked, we no longer needed to use the car. Having no other reservations the day we left the house, they allowed us to check out a little later than we should. In short, a very positive experience, I recommend it and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time. The house is clean but also cozy with the nice fire-place. Bjoern is a good host, he is very helpful and his instructions were very clear to enter the house etc. The location was perfect for us to visit the Piedmonts and the area around Genova. We enjoyed the sunset with beautiful view!

Gabriele is a very nice and nice person. He showed us the places to visit in the city and the place with the best focaccia in all of Genoa. The apartment is very central and reflects what is in the listing. Everything is very tidy and clean 😁

Gianni and Pierina's house is very welcoming, spacious with large rooms, comfortable because it is equipped with a dishwasher and air conditioning. Quiet. Great location because it's close to the sea, practically downtown and close to the only supermarket in the village. I highly recommend the house for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Gianni and Pierina were very friendly, helpful and accommodated all of our requests quickly. Thanks for the nice stay. 🙂

Beautiful area, beautiful and quiet sea, especially suitable for families. Parking for the car is very spacious. C9 welcomed Stefano's mother, a very kind and friendly lady who gave us a lot of advice on beaches to visit or restaurants to try; a very positive experience!

Accommodation in a great location, both for walking to any destination and to go quickly to the station on foot. The accommodation complies with the photos as described, it is very clean and equipped, from the window there is a nice view and you can't hear noises. The bathroom is large and cozy. The kitchen has equipment to prepare simple meals and there is also a dishwasher. The bed is comfortable. Communication with the landlord was great and quick, he was very kind to welcome all my requests. Absolutely recommended place to stay.

Mirabella was a great host with fantastic and fast communication for any issues and detailed recommendations. I would stay here again!

Claudia's place was as described. It was perfectly clean and welcoming, Claudia was very helpful both on check-in time and in the description of all the activities in the area. She was also very flexible on check-out, meeting our need to leave the accommodation after the scheduled time. Highly recommended.

Great apartment. Right in the heart of the old town. Many restaurants were nearby. The area is a bit of a maze and I found it a bit confusing but the hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was a great place to get the feel of the culture of the city.
