Little House on the Pretty(LHP) is part of Sittin Pretty Farm. LHP is tucked into the woods giving a place to retreat and restore. The home is finely crafted embodying a simple elegance and character of the Driftless locale. Once inside, a sense of marvel and serenity are sure make heartfelt memories. We are six miles from Viroqua and nestled among Amish Paradise with several neighboring Amish farms. In season the Amish have roadside vegetable stands where you can purchase veggies and pie!

La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. 15 minute drive to downtown La Crosse and 3 miles North of Stoddard puts you in a great central location for the area. Pets are welcome. Vireo – named for the warbling vireo that nested on the porch – is the most spacious and home-like cabin at Driftless Creek. Vireo is a private modern cabin in a wooded setting, with hiking trails on-site, close to Viroqua. Vireo features furnishings in aqua-blue, lime green, and shades of gray. Highlights of Vireo include ample seating around a wood stove, a piano, porches on 3 sides (one screened-in), and a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Vireo sleeps 7.

La Crosse On the Mississippi (Netzer’s Landing)

We are on The Mighty Mississippi River. Your backyard. You can sit on your porch, shade deck, sun deck or walk out to the dock and enjoy your morning brew. In the evening you can sit out on the dock and view a beautiful sunset. Eagles are visitors to the area, as well as Great Blue Herons, river otters, muskrats, and varieties of ducks. This is truly a place for those who love to be on water. When the day is done come in to your home away from home. (Cleaning fees included.)
