This is a lovely place with a great view and very nice private garden. A car is needed but the village is only 5 minutes away and the location is really lovely if you enjoy being in nature. Highly recommended. Thanks. Silvia

We had a wonderful time here. The place was spacious, with lots of room in the kitchen and ample room in the 2 bedrooms we used. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils & cookware and we had good lighting by which to read. We were a few streets away from the active part of town with lots of restaurants & coffee shops, but it was nice & quiet by our place. There are louvered shades on the windows to keep out light and allow for a good sleep. We were very happy with this place.

We stayed here at the end of March, for a good two weeks with our little one-year-old daughter. It was a great experience in the middle of nature, near Castelbuono. The house is very spacious, super equipped (+very comfortable bed !). Exceptional is the location in the countryside and the view of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea behind. In the evening you can see the bright stars as well as the illuminated windows of the mountain village. Unforgettable! If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to enjoy, hike, read, relax, get your money's worth here. The communication with Simone/Mariella and his mother was great! Thank you!

My two girlfriends and I had a wonderful two nights in the countryside, with so much thought and care put into our stay from our hosts. Arriving after a long drive we where welcomed with cake, tea, eggs, treats, everything essential to a comfortable first night and morning. Our booking included an entertaining and fun evening cooking local dishes with Nino and Dina and we enjoyed a lovely night together round the table with amazing food and drinks and sharing stories. What a pleasure this was and a great start to our holiday and to Sicily! We know some of the prior reviews mention the neighbours dogs barking, this was the case on one of the nights and sorted out with some earplugs, so we would advise this. It did not spoil our stay at all and we left full of joy at having met such wonderful people and having had such a great time. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us so well and we would recommend you book this wonderful experience if you are in Sicily!
