Siamo due famiglie e abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nella casa di Davide. Per i bambini é stato comodo avere il giardino, abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori. Ma casa anche dentro ê spaziosa e fornita di tutto. Posizione strategica per bergamo leolandia lago iseo. la consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in famiglia presso la casa di Luca. Posizione ottima per raggiungere i comprensori sciistici di Donico e Monte Pora. L’Host, cordiale e disponibile ci ha accolto personalmente e fornito tutte le indicazioni richieste. L’alloggio, ben fornito, e’ situato in un complesso tranquillo e con una splendida vista sui monti.

Sergio und seine Frau sind tolle und sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Sie haben uns beim Check-In persönlich empfangen und uns das Ferienhaus gezeigt. Die Lage im Dorf Parzanica ist ganz fantastisch mit toller Aussicht auf den See! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung. Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Italienreise. Uns hat besonders die komplette Ausstattung (Seife, etwas Kaffee, Küchengeschirr etc.) und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung gefallen. Wir würde Sergios Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man eine tolle Aussicht und eine ruhige Lage sucht. Noch eine Empfehlung für einen kurzen Spaziergang: Der Belvedere di Parzanica bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf beinahe den ganzen Iseosee!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Rosa. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und die Lage in Iseo ist absolut perfekt - zentral und trotzdem total ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Camilla war super. sie war sehr freundlich, proaktiv und hilfsbereit. Gut zu wissen: Innen war es, vor allem abends, recht kühl (wir waren dort Anfang April und wollten es insbesondere für unseren kleinen Sohn zum Krabbeln warm haben), da hat Camilla uns kurzfristig eine zusätzliche Heizung organisiert. Das wussten wir sehr zu schätzen!

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

Ein sehr, sehr besonderer Ort mit dem schönsten Blick auf den Comer See haben kann. Das Wohnzimmer in der Glasbox ist einzigartig. Toll ausgestattete Küche, super Host. Ein perfektes Refugium. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Zwei Nachteile: 1. Zugang ist sehr Steil, bei Regen besonders schwer. Und man sollte nicht zu viel Gepäck haben. Wir hatten nur "Handgepäck" und es war relativ hart alles Rauf- und Runter zu schleppen. 2. Ameisen im Haus. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen da das Haus wirklich einzig artig ist, der Blick unschlagbar und Daniel super zuvorkommen und hilfreich.

We had a great time in this place. The view is stunning and worth the steep route going up the mountain to get in or get out of the property.. Marzia is a great host. She responded to all our questions and provided a guide of restaurants and things to do. I’d recommend people with an interest to stay a lot in the property to come here because of its beauty and its high location.

Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

The house was perfect for a weekend break for 10 friends. There was so much space, lots of bathrooms and a lovely garden - so amazing to find a big family house so close to the city centre. We walked to most places but the nearest metro was about 3 mins walk with others within 10 mins. We also used the trams and hired scooters - all really easy. Supermarket was only a couple of blocks away too. Andrea was brilliant through all the communications, recommended restaurants, and met us at check in to show us around. This was a great base for seeing Milan, and for a group of friends who go away for a weekend every year. Highly recommended.

The house is located by the lake, offering great privacy and tranquility. It features a spacious kitchen and a cozy lakeside living room, with lake views from most of bedrooms. The property also includes a private parking area, a garden, and a ping-pong table, making it perfect for a vacation with family or friends. I highly recommend it.

het was een super mooie omgeving, rustig. met de auto op een kwartiertje van como meer. het huis was prachtig, een veranda met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en het was ook aangenaam vertoeven als het buiten te warm was. we voelden ons direct thuis. de familie was extreem verwelkomend, ze staan klaar om je te helpen met allerhande vragen. zelfs toen we allereil even naar het ziekenhuis moesten hebben ze ons goed geholpen. voor iedereen die rust en een mooie omgeving zoek, raden we deze airbnb ten zeerste aan

Wir waren mit 5 Familien für 4 Nächte in der Villa! Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, v.a. für die Kinder gab es viel Platz zum Spielen und viele Spielsachen für drinnen und draußen. Die vorhandene Küche ist etwas eng, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die 4 Badezimmer sind ausreichend, damit es auch bei mehreren Personen zu keinen "Stau" kommt ;) Elisabetta ist eine super nette und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt hat und sogar unsere Pizzabestellung an den Pizzalieferanten organisiert hat! Tiptop! Die Unterkunft ist komplett umzäunt und liegt sehr idyllisch an einem kleinen Bach, daneben gibt es auch ein öffentlicher Spielplatz, der von unseren Kindern auch sehr gerne genutzt wurde! Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, um ab von jeglichen Touristenpfaden, einen entspannten und tollen Urlaub zu verbringen!

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

We don’t know where to start!!! This was the most amazing holiday we have ever experienced! Perfect doesn’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived it was beyond our expectations. Giulia was like our own personal concierge, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We celebrated our anniversary, she and Carlotta prepared the most perfect private meal for us! From check-in to checkout, it was the most special experience ever! All we have to say is tears were shed when we left….we will be back very soon! Thank you Giulia , Carlotta and family for everything!!!

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Met een groep van tien personen hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige authentieke villa. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Cristina is een super host die zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf beschikbaar was voor vragen. Bij aankomst zijn we hartelijk ontvangen door Ceasar en buurman Timo stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Het enige punt van aandacht is dat je iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur wordt gewekt door het klokkenspel van het (eveneens schitterend) kerkje naast de villa. Op zondagochtend stond daar echter een prachtig kerkgezang tegenover, waar we vanuit het heerlijke zwembad van hebben genoten.
