Step onto the large screened-in porch overlooking the lake to listen to the loons, but without bugs. House is on Snowmobile/ATV route.

Private, yet close to Tomahawk, Merrill, and Underdown Recreational Area for skiing, biking, snowmobiling, horseback riding and UTV/ATV. Access an extensive ATV trail right off the driveway. Or bring your horses and explore the Underdown trail system just 30 minutes away. Enjoy plenty of boating opportunities on many bodies of water in the area. Property has a huge parking area with plenty of room to navigate your trailers.

Surrounded by lakes, recreation trails, golf courses, public hunting land, and great bars/restaurants. Leave right from the driveway on your snowmobile, ATV, or UTV. Golfers will enjoy the nearby courses including Bass Lake Golf Course which is less than 2 miles away. Public boat launches for Summit Lake and Greater Bass Lake are also less than 2 miles away. Additional popular lakes are just a short drive away as well. Hundreds of acres of public hunting land is also nearby.
