House vacation rentals in Gold Country

Jesse's home was so beautiful and peaceful. Everything was very clean. Jesse was very quick to respond and very helpful. I would love to stay here again! Maybe during summer so we can go for a swim ;) Garage was a plus with all the awesome arcade games, pool table, and ping pong table. We had so much fun!! Jesse thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Elizabeth’s house was great! Easy to walk to Chico State and places to eat. She was kind when messaging me also. I appreciated all the communication. We would definitely stay again!

nice place plenty of space. only thing that would make it better is if there was more than one television. other than that it was great.

I'm a repeat guest and very much like all of Ashley's properties that I have stayed in. This one is no different. Free of clutter, very clean and stocked with the basics. The beds are all different to ensure everyone has exactly the one they need. The house is spacious and the water pressure in the front bath is fantastic. It was the perfect place for us.

My family stayed for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The layout of the house was perfect for our kids, the house had immediate access to nice trails, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants really close by. The nice backyard and the hot tub were the cherry on top. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are passing through!

This is our new Airbnb of choice for visiting family in Chico. The location is great: private and quiet residential neighborhood next to Bidwell, easy access to all parts of town, local grocery stores, etc. The house itself is fantastic for families- 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house is SO CLEAN, instructions everywhere for items. Great furnishings: comfortable couches and beds, nice towels, amenities, fully stocked kitchen ware. Clean and empty garage for us to park in. The house doesn’t really feel like an Airbnb because it’s so nicely furnished, it’s like staying at a friend’s house! We visited in the winter so did not use the backyard but the pool and sitting area outside are so inviting! Great technology throughout the house- AC, WiFi, TVs, etc. Everything was top notch. The house was as advertised and a great stay. The host provided very clear driving directions, which were helpful. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a day of playing in the snow. Overall, a good experience

It was a great stay! We had all the space we needed and the coffee was an extra perk. The area was clean and quiet and it felt like we were home. Our kids loved playing the shuffleboard! Definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is as beautiful as it looks in pictures, with a beautiful view of the lake. It was extremely clean and well stocked with supplies. Linda was a very communicative host and provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great, cozy place for our extended family + pup to stay to celebrate the new year! Great open living space and kitchen, tons of books and puzzles/games for the kiddos and perfect location. Would 10/10 recommend.

Amazing place and exactly how it’s been advertised. Maddy has been on top of communicating. The house was really at great spot. Literally 7mins away from lake. Parking was good. Directions were great. Kitchen was fully stacked. Hot tub was great A lot of space for our family.

The home has an old world charm but not lacking any amenities. We enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed. Kitty was responsive to any questions we had, such as the set up of the home. This was helpful to plan where each member of our party would sleep before arrival as we did not arrive on the same day.

What a great spot! Less than 15 minutes from the bustle of SLT in a gorgeous neighborhood with breathtaking views. I stayed with friends and my toddler and the host provided a high chair and the adults all had their own space. There is plenty of parking and we loved how quiet the area was. Nice to have the upstairs and downstairs living areas.

We enjoyed our stay at the Larid cabin! The home was comfy, clean and walking distance to the private beach, restaurants and other outdoor activities. Communication clear and the host always responded quickly. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub! Overall, wonderful home and great location. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking about it, just book it! Worth every penny!

We had a fantastic time at Fred and Patricia’s home. It was perfect for our group of six. Centrally located, comfortable, and with a very usable kitchen to prepare meals. Already talking about a follow-up trip!

We lived here for two nights on our Tahoe ski trip and had a wonderful and comfortable stay! The hosts were very clear with the check-in and check-out instructions and the home itself had everything we needed and felt spacious and cozy.

Stayed for a weekend getaway in the mountains. This property did not disappoint, the backyard area is lovely and we spent plenty of time on the back deck enjoying the birds and quiet of the forest.

Staying at Milan’s place was a very special time for our group. We enjoyed the energy of the home, the decor, space, and natural light. We loved the overall vibe with the fireplace and record player too! The area is gorgeous, in a peaceful and nature filled neighborhood just minutes from downtown Nevada City. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and many nights cooking together and relaxing and talking by the fire. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The only downside was that we do wish the home was a bit cleaner and more organized. However overall happy we stayed here and would love to return. Nevada City is a special place!
