Five stars all around! The hosts have put tremendous effort into this property. No place is that more clear than their extensive guidebook upon your arrival. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. They will give you the space you need, but if you need anything, they will respond quickly. The neighborhood in Holiday Beach is quiet and private. Nobody’s gonna be there unless they are staying there or already living there. The view of the bay and the canals are wonderful. The property seems far away from Rockport, but it isn’t. You can be in Rockport and all it has to offer in 10 minutes at the most. An added bonus for us was being close to the Our Lady of Schoenstatt Shrine. The shrine is a very peaceful and prayerful place. Highly recommend visiting. Please note, the neighborhood’s quiet and peaceful nature disappears on New Year’s Eve. 🤣 Also, you must be able to handle stairs to stay here. Thanks to Michael and his wife for a wonderful stay!

We left. We had a great stay. Here is our review: We had a truly wonderful stay! The home is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality All-Clad pots and pans, and the bedding was top-notch—super comfortable and clean. We especially loved the breezy deck with its stunning water view—perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The hosts were incredibly responsive. When we mentioned we could use a few more hangers, they had an Amazon delivery on our doorstep the very next day—above and beyond! This place really has it all. Beautiful, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped. We’d return in a heartbeat. ⸻

This place is great had everything you we need for a weekend getaway. just got back from our guys fishing trip and had a blast. caught tons of fish from the private pier.Dina is a great host. we will be coming back next time in Rockport

This is the most beautiful place EVER!!! The views, privacy, the water, the inside & such very comfortable bed with all amenities one ever needs and this is the kindest host ever & very responsive! What a find!!

We really enjoyed Kelly’s cottage, very clean and easy to get to. Everything was just as we expected and loved the home decor. Definitely would stay again and you won’t be disappointed. Was looking for a guestbook to sign but wasn’t able to find one. But if you’re in the area this is a wonderful place to stay.

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and has everything we needed. It is convenient to Fulton and Rockport but far enough out for quiet relaxation. Having our furry friends with us was also a plus; they enjoyed the fenced yard and nice grass area. We have stayed at many places in the region, and the price for our stay was very reasonable.

Even though the lake is low the beach is so beautiful. my hubby took his little 4 wheeler an rode on the beach. we took my sons baby tractor with his remote an the grass is so beautiful in the yard we rode him around. the scenery is so nice. the view in jacuzzi was amazing. it wasn't hot at all. we didn't get to do much fishing because it was high winds it kept bringing the line back to shore. there was only 1 thing I wish they had that made it a little hard. there are no TVs in the bedrooms. Just the sun room an living room. my brother hugged up the TV in living room playing Xbox an we had no TV for our son to watch his shows in the room when he's laying down. ceiling fans are amazing! but other then that they provide Bluetooth speaker for music,bbq pit, LOTS of games, there is coffee options an groceries. not crazy instructions like other Air BnBs. this was the easiest. extra fans in all rooms! they communicated perfectly. my family loved this home!!!
