W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajdują się restauracje, kawiarnie, sklepy spożywcze (5 minut na piechotę). Do okolicznych atrakcji turystycznych, takich jak jezioro Berzdorfer See, można z łatwością dojechać rowerem.

Comfortable beds, mini kitchen and storage space in the car, water tap, shower, toilet, refrigerator in about 50 m in the fixed house. Fire pit and barbecue area in front of the car. In order to keep the overnight price low, we give our guests the opportunity to bring their own bed linen and towels (both can also be rented for a fee: €10 and €5 per person)

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
