Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Enjoy an elegant experience at this centrally located home. Three rooms be of two bedrooms with bathrooms in between. The kitchen is connected to the living room and creates social interaction between the surfaces. The apartment is furnished with 4 x 90cm beds that can easily be pulled apart. There is a full kitchen with dining area. There is plenty of storage in each room. The apt is located on the second floor. Elevator is available. The apartment is located directly over a restaurant/ nightclub which means loud noises during the opening hours.

Comfortable holiday home with that little something extra. Close to swimming area, beautiful nature, golf course, Skövde and Skara Sommarland. The layout of the house is open and airy. The modern kitchen and inviting living room are situated in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step ladder, you get up to the cozy sleeping loft that is equipped with two adjacent 90cm beds. Warmly welcome.

Welcome to a cozy newly built guest house. It is located on a plot with a nice view of fields and proximity to the forest. There is access to a large garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue Trampoline, playhouse and barbecue area in the forest if you want. There is a very nice bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge with freezer compartment, stove and dining area for 4-5 people. The small bedroom has a wide single bed and a loft bed with ladder. Here you can live comfortably with plenty of space for families, friends and business travelers who want practical accommodation close to the city. The plot is lush and green, with a balcony in a sunny south-facing location. For children, there are lawns to play on. You live close to both the waters of Lake Vänern (450 m) and the travel centre (1.6 km).

Cabin on a farm near Göta Kanal

Cabin adjacent to our dwelling house on the farm with cowage around the corner for rent. 600 meters from Göta Kanal and Hajstorp's locks. You live in an old grain magazine that has just been converted into a comfortable small home for four people. Another person can fit if two share a 120 cm bed or if you make a bed on the sofa. Horses and cows are nearby, so there are also flies. Sometimes it sounds from tractors and it happens that it smells of manure during spring and autumn use😃.

Skagern Lake House

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.

Äppelgården Holiday Home

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
