Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home at Frälsegården in Upphärad! The house is located on A Quiet and Cozy Farm in Upphärad outside Trollhättan! In the yard there are boxes, chickens, sheep, sheep, cats, cats, the dog Jack as well as a cozy garden. Walking distance into the village where you will find a grocery store, pizzeria, playground, outdoor gym and bus stop that takes you to Trollhättan. Proximity to fishing lake with your own boat. Here you will meet the silence at the Land, interrupted with the trains that sometimes quickly whiz by.

Game paradise in Risveden

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Risveden, which is the largest forest area of the West. Here we have daily deer, wild boar, badgers and other game right in the corner. In the area there are 10 nature reserves with several hiking trails. In under 15 minutes you can get into central Alingsås and in about 45 minutes to Gothenburg. The cottage has one bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace and bathroom with incineration toilet. Please note that there is no running water in the tap at this time. However, there is 50 liters of water on can.

Cozy house with sea view

The house is located on Hasselösund on Smögen close to both swimming areas and grocery store(ICA). It takes about 15-20 min walk to the popular Smögenbryggan as well as Kungshamn where there is a variety of restaurants. The house has both morning sun in the front and day and evening sun and shelter at the back as well as on the balcony. So enjoy the morning coffee in the front, take a swim in the hot tub in the afternoon. The hot tub you can swim in the year-rink and have a standard temperature of about 38.5 degrees.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Detached smaller house in safe residential area with open plan and terrace. It contains bathroom with shower, sleeping area with a 120 cm bed, large sofa. Kitchenette with stove and microwave, Mocca master, washing machine and dryer, as well as terrace with café table for 2 people. TV, Wi-Fi, speakers. Still a centrally located place for those who do not need to stay in the middle of the city. There are buses directly to the avenue and walking distance to Linneplatsen is 20 minutes.

Plot with great views and sheltered location among the treetops. Two bathrooms overlooking the forest and garden. The fireplace and balcony to the west. Large kitchen island and big dining room table. Highly located garden with sun all day and no transparency. Outdoor shower with hot water. Charcoal grill. Many bathing places in the nearby area, the nearest is Stamsjö bathing place, about 10 minutes to walk. Forests with nice paths border the grounds.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
