Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the beautiful wine village of Eichstetten, directly from various excursion destinations such as hiking and cycling. The seed garden, breeding and show garden, is about 450 m away and is also the start and end point of the Geopfad (length 9.5 km / ascent 500 m /descent 500 m / difficulty medium), one of the entrances to the Kaisertour (mountain bike tour / length 68 km / 1360 m / difficult) or the starting point for many mountain bike or bike tours.

Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

The newly renovated and high-quality furnished apartment in boho style is located in the heart of Gottenheim and is ideal for up to 4 people. It has an open living and dining area with an equipped fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, a separate bedroom with a box spring bed (180x200), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and its own terrace. The sofa bed with integrated mattress in the living room offers another sleeping option for 2 people.

The apartment in the basement is a spacious one-room apartment. It has an open living and sleeping area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including dining area. Our comfortable bed (190x200) is equipped with reversible mattresses (for the right degree of hardness). The high quality box spring sofa (160x200), is equipped with an additional mattress pad, for maximum sleeping comfort. Pamper yourself with a soothing bubble bath in the shower bath or enjoy our rain shower head.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In addition to the terrace, the toys (sandbox & swing) in the garden can also be used. 11 kW electric charging station available In addition, there is the tourist tax that must be paid on site. Welcome to our cozily furnished 55 sqm apartment. From here you are within walking distance of the vineyards with great views of Freiburg and the Black Forest. Ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes and day trips. In the open living and dining area, you can relax and unwind in the evening on the comfortable sofa. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and washing machine. The S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. By tram you can easily get from the main train station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. A parking space can be provided by arrangement. I live directly under the apartment and am available for questions.
