Vacation rentals with breakfast in Goulburn River

The Studio is a lovely place to stay at, very comfortable and private.

The house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay! Lovely touches like bread, chocolates, etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and accomodating. Spacious house inside and out. Fireplace and electric blankets helped keep us warm at night. Farm views (and occasionally, smells 😅) were very peaceful.

We had the perfect weekend. The weather certainly helped but it was perfected by our stay at Mt Ophir Gatehouse. A wonderful, homely property close to Rutherglen in a peaceful location. The only sounds were the myriad of small birds and the local cows. Communication was excellent with the host Amy. We had some homemade granola and some basic supplies on arrival. The property was spacious, stylish and suited our group of 3 couples with well proportioned bedrooms, two with ensuites. Would love to come back with some girlfriends!

This was a fantastic place we stayed at which was nice and private and had an amazing view. Fiona was very pleasant to deal with and was very accommodating to our needs, everything about the place was awesome and we would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

We had a terrific weekend at Villa Costa Lotta. The wonderfully designed and thoughtfully appointed house sits on a large block with lots of spots to relax and unwind. Great communication, lots of thoughtful and useful touches. Couldn’t recommend more.

The photos of this place don't do it justice. It's really lovely and decorated so tastefully. The check in instructions were clear and easy, and our hosts were lovely and kind. An easy walk to the general store and pub, breakfast out on the deck, excellent and easy to use technology, and a really peaceful and lovely stay. Thank you for having us!

Anna's home reminds me of my childhood in the 90s, it was nostalgic and very peaceful being there. My son loved the chocolate on arrival and thoughtful Easter decorations as well as the big yard to run around in! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

My partner and I stayed at Melinda's place for a wedding in Mansfield, and her place was the perfect place for us. It was so cosy, warm and beautifully decorated. Melinda was easy to communicate with, and she even had the heater on for us before we got there as well as a lovely handwritten note and food in the fridge. Such a lovely stay and we felt right at home.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. If you're looking for relaxation and hiking, this is the perfect spot. Geoff was very friendly and explained the surroundings and local attractions in detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place. Also, I should mention the amazing wildlife around — we saw deer, wombats, and kangaroos! Enjoy your stay! :)

Kristy was a great host. Responsive and nice to deal with. Nice touches with food supplied, linen, towels, plenty of consumables.

We loved our stay at Katri's place. The unit is in a fantastic location close to cafes, the river and walks in the state park. Katri made us feel very welcome, including some very helpful provisions on our arrival. The unit was very comfy and we all loved sitting outside on the patio, enjoying the weather and listening to all the king parrots.

We had a fantastic time at Cathy’s place. An incredibly peaceful experience with the most amazing views of surrounding Yarra Valley wineries. We will certainly be back!

Lovely little loft apartment a stone's throw from great restaurants and the main Healesville strip. Craig and Maggie were welcoming and we especially enjoyed the oranges for juice and breakfast bits and pieces that were provided!

Neat and clean Airbnb with so many thoughtful touches and generous breakfast supplies. The little garden has a secure fence so my two dogs could snuffle around there without me having to worry that they could escape. Would be very happy to stay at Donna's place again - even when I'm not travelling with my pets.

Loved this so much. Tracy was such a lovely host and it was so comfortable and relaxing to stay here after a long car trip. Waking up to such a beautiful view was the best I wish we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s bnb, what a charming house full of character and beautiful periodic features. And so very clean! Would definitely recommend. Valerie is a fantastic host, helpful, responsive and informative. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and went down well. Thank you Valerie, we hope to return someday.

This was our second Stay. We loved the unique historic connection. The House is filled with Period items; including Artwork, furnishings and documented stories to read about the history of the House and Township of Chiltern. The attention to detail showed how passionate and proud Merv and Tracey are of their beloved Home and not to mention the stunning surrounding Garden. One of the most well stocked AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. The place was lovely, with the ducks and the lake right out front. Definitely would love to stay again!

Paul and Jo’s place was beautiful, it had such a peaceful, homely feel to it. The decor was gorgeous! The breakfast supplies were ample and lovely and it was so nice to have a toasted Hot Cross Bun for supper both nights. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home more as we were out all day until late at night. Thanks for telling us about the kangaroos, we saw heaps but we were prepared by Jo and driving slowly :-) The sunrises were lovely (and bright) and the night view was amazing too!
