Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. Just 10-15 minutes from Granby, Winter Park and Fraser, this chalet style home is ideal for a getaway weekend in Grand County! This house features a custom steam shower, expansive deck with hot tub, fenced in backyard, wood burning stove and plenty of beds for adults and kids! The master bedroom features a king size bed along with a double bed and the second bedroom features a queen size bed, closet and working space. There is also a comfy futon in the loft for extra sleeping space!

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

The cabin is outfitted with everything you need to settle into the mountains and enjoy an authentic Rocky Mountain getaway!

After enjoying a perfect Colorado winter day, come back to your spacious room for a drink by your cozy fireplace to think about what restaurant to enjoy to cap a wonderful day.

Cozy 1 bedroom Granby Ranch condo

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
