Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Grand Forks

Came to stay for a UND hockey game and it was such a nice place to stay with a large family. Very easy to get to from the Ralph and the house was perfect for our needs.

We had a delightful time. We loved that the listing is a pet friendly home. It made our trip a lot more relaxing than a hotel. Home is as described in the description : upper floor only. Front parking is on the street and then parking in the back is off an alley. Shorter fenced yard but doable for pets to be watched while using. Host is very responsive, friendly, helpful. We would rent again if in the area.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is great. The beds were comfortable, but if your group is mostly adults like ours was, 12 people is a stretch. The beds in the basement are a pull out couch and a mattress inside the bean bag chair so if you're 35+ it could be a struggle. We did really enjoy our stay and were very happy that there was a well stocked kitchen, as this is the main reason we stay at an AirBNB.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend! Easy to find and access. Beds are super comfy, fast internet, clean space. Great stay all around!

This place was extremely clean, everything appears to be brand new. Plenty of space inside and out. All the necessities for a comfortable stay are in place and easy to access. Host is very quick to respond and was happy to accommodate our request for a full coffee set up. We really enjoyed the privacy fenced back yard to start and end each day.

We love Kim’s place because we can get the whole family together and make meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Located close to campus for our sons to go back and forth as well.

We stayed here while my daughter competed during the Mrs North Dakota Pageant in Grand Forks, the hotel the pageant had a room block at had sold out and we were considering bringing our dogs (which we couldn’t do at the hotel) so this gave us flexibility. While we weren’t in the home much during the day as we were at rehearsals, it was a relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. The echo devices were nice to just listen to music. There is a nice front and back porch although it was too chilly for us to enjoy them. The home has a certain charm about it and I felt like I was visiting my grandparents (and not in a bad way). The beds were comfortable as well as the sitting furniture. The front room also provided yoga mats and hula hoops for anyone who wanted to do yoga- something my friend enjoyed. We didn’t cook at the home but supplies were provided. The bathroom provided essentials so we didn’t have to remember to bring them. The washer and dryer nice to have!

Perfect little place to stay for a weekend trip to Grand Forks! Great location, about a block off a main road and an easy drive to the UND campus. Check-in was easy. Upon check-in, I found that the cleaners hadn't been there, but Cole responded right away when I reached out. The cleaners were there within the hour and cleaned the place up while I went out for the evening. Super-comfy beds! Great kitchen. I used the oven and coffee maker while I was there and both worked great. The dishwasher was broken so I did my dishes by hand, but Cole had stated that I could leave them in the sink, if desired. The shower was awesome with great water pressure. Be aware, there is very little counter space in the bathroom. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The price was perfect and the apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and functional. A full-length mirror would be a great addition. Also, phthalates on the laundry were strong; I prefer unscented towels and bedding.
