When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool and/or the hot tub. Inside, you'll find 2 living areas, a ping pong and foosball table, board games and books, and plenty of seating.

Bookcliff Ranch Casita (Little House)

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

Beautiful private cabin at Palisade Basecamp RV Resort Queen over Queen Bunks This great layout sleeps up to four (4) people in Queen over Queen bunk beds. Across from our luxury shower house with huge mirrors, granite countertops, showers and private family bathrooms. Our cabins have heat, A/C, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, WiFi, and parking for 1 passenger vehicle. Bedding and pillows are not provided. Pet-friendly - Your pets (up to 2) are welcome to join you for a small fee.

If you're looking for a resort this is the house! A beautiful home at the base of the Colorado National Monument. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 baths, a pool table, 2 fireplaces, a steam shower with 4 heads. The poolhouse has another pool table, a 150" projector, karaoke, TV, a bar that opens to the outside covered patio, and a bathroom. The back yard has an amazing view of the Monument, 1,000 square ft heated pool, hot tub, bbq, fire pit, TV, 6 speakers, and 3 tables.

Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office with Murphy bed. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation! Pool is closed Nov- March of each year. If you would like the pool heated, there will be an extra charge of $150.
