Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. The apartment "Berlin" (75 m²) with bathtub and its own sauna. It is located on the ground floor of the modern extension of our old Montafon farmhouse. Separate entrance with two parking spaces right outside the door. It has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large kitchen and dining area and a cozy sofa corner. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional guests. The small ground-level outdoor terrace is accessible from the living area or the large bedroom.

WE COMPLETELY REBUILT JOHNNY'S OVER THE SUMMER OF 2024! In winter, the snow-covered valley descent to Gaschurn passes almost at the front door, and in summer, various hiking trails and the Versettla cable car, whose middle station is only ten minutes away, are attractive.

In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Landhaus Pfefferkorn " Bella Nova"

Unsere " Bella Nova" liegt ebenerdig und kann bis 4 Personen beherbergen. Sie verfügt über eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und zum Fischteich in unserem Garten, Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden und kostenlos. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 500 m, die Skilifte sind ca. 3 km vom Haus entfernt. Wanderwege sind vom Haus aus erreichbar.
