We have lovely views of Capstone Hill and plenty of outside dining space.The master bedroom has a balcony accessed via patio doors .The master bedroom and twin have beautiful ensuites a family bathroom is located next door to the bunk room. You will have key code access to the property on arrival so you can arrive at your leisure. Situated on Ilfracombes oldest and most historic Street, the property is doors away from Thomas Carr’s Michelin star restaurant and a short walk from Tunnels beaches.Take a stroll to the harbour and enjoy one of the many watering holes and eateries Walking around Ilfracombe is the easiest way to get around ....with a few hills! Regular buses will take you to the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde . Parking can be found just down the road and is readily available throughout the town. We will give you a permit if you are here for the week. The apartment occupies ground and lower ground floor; access via the front door to the bedroom floor of the apartment with a staircase to lower floor to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco drinks and dining.

Awaken in a handcrafted driftwood bed refreshed and ready for a day at the seaside. The main floor has double-height ceilings and large windows where light cascades in to illuminate a modern, airy space. Open sliding doors to let in fresh ocean air. Sand Dancer was built in 2017 and shares communal grassy areas with its neighbours. There’s a South facing private deck with a hot tub. Most of the neighbours are also holiday homes; respecting each other’s space is important. A car is recommended to access the area’s places of interest, although trains & buses run locally too. A visitor folder gives lots more information on outings. Although we live some distance from the house, we are available by phone. We also have local support from our excellent house keeping team. The house is in Beadnell, an unspoilt fishing village on the Northumbrian coast, close to the shops in Seahouses. Bottlenose dolphins are often seen during boat trips. The area is rich in imposing castles, Neolithic rock art, and outdoor activities. The best way to see as much as possible & make the most of your visit, is by car. Sky TV full package is provided Smart TV. Cycles to be kept in the secure outside store. No cycles in the house. Hot tub to be used as guests’ folder explains. (Not to be used with fake tan) Private deck area is not suitable for disposable BBQs as they would damage it (made from recycled materials). However, the beach or paved area is perfect for them! Please do not allow children to use the smart lock. Repeated incorrect entries will disable it for a time & can set off the tamper alarm. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Close by you will find St Marks Park, the Water of Leith walkway, the Botanic Gardens and many cafes/restaurants nearby. MacDonald Road Tram stop is 12 minutes walk from my home.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bedroom and the very cosy stylish second bedroom had a double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Both have the finest 100% French linen sheets and fluffy white towels. I have 100% response rate with Airbnb. I will try to get back within an hour unless I am sleeping and there is a time difference. Set just behind the iconic Royal Crescent, the hip neighbourhood includes a deli and greengrocer. One of Bath's best gastropubs.

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
