This home is set in one of Ripons Historic Districts three blocks from a vibrant downtown full of retail shops and great places to eat and relax. Across the street from us is the Gothic mill pond water fall dam with Horner park abutting the property. We are only 6 miles from Green Lake which offers plenty of boating and golfing. Off street driveway parking is a plus with this property for boats on trailers. Our home offers two bedrooms on the main floor with 2 double size beds upstairs.

This Charming Home is only 5 blocks to Downtown Appleton with a fenced in yard. (1 friendly dog allowed, no cats please). You are approximately 8 blocks from the river that has walking trails and 28 miles to Lambeau Field. PLEASE READ: the driveway is shared with house on back of lot and fits 2 cars or a small SUV. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by.
