Irakli's house is in a great location, 1 minute walk to the beach, there is parking for a car in a closed area. New air conditioners are in every room and work great. There is a dishwasher, which is very rare in houses! The house is large enough and even large families will be comfortable. Thank you Irakli for your hospitality!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. Very quiet and cozy place with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Clean and convenient bathroom, 2 balconies to enjoy the views of nature and the village. Walkable distance to the sea. Easy to visit nature sights and reserves nearby if you have a car. Beautiful beach with the black sand. Friendly cat that visits you room to play and the view of cute ducks playing nearby. Very friendly host who is ready to help.
