A place to relax in beautiful natural surroundings. There is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for comfort and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and walk to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Sit back on the delicious couch and let your eyes rest on the sea. Peaceful area with great hiking areas just outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of the beach and docks. Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Charming apartment for rent in a quiet and beautiful oasis in the heart of Grimstad. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to private indoor swimming pool. Parking in a parking garage across the street. The apartment has been rented out previously through another user on Airbnb. Unfortunately, the reviews could not follow the move to a new user, and are therefore posted under "House manual", for info.

From this residence with a perfect location right by Grimstad guest harbour you have easy access to everything. Here you can cross the street and take a morning dip on the city beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the city's many eateries and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, and a wide range of cultural activities in the city during the summer. You can also take the trip to the Zoo, which is less than a half-hour drive away.

Modern apartment near the sea in the heart of Grimstad in idyllic southern surroundings Quiet area. The apartment complex was built in 2017. About 50 metres from a cozy bathing jetty. Short distance to beaches, shopping, the pedestrian street, cafe, restaurants and outdoor spaces. Free parking in garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Downtown, cozy and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Nice view of Grimstad and the archipelago. It is walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern village with cozy streets and several dining areas. There is a short way to lovely beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport axis, with frequent service to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is 30 minutes in car to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Representative and big house with proximity to beach, Grimstad city center, golf course and zoo. From E 18 there is a short distance to the property that has plenty of space for parking. About 30 minutes drive to the zoo at Kristiansand. Our guests come to a home we love very much. Here there is plenty of space and we think our home is characterized by warmth, history and good amenities.
